The music wasn't terible, it just was placed at an inproper spot in the movie. Of course maybe you don't like jazz, but I thought the music was fine. It was the placement that sucked. All though I did find it too be a little heavy on the saxophone side, and not enough brass.

No, and if it was ever placed there. . . well, let's just say that there may be a little rioting . The white wolf scene with jazz, there is one way to screw up the scene that has been known to some as one of the greatest moments in all of the Balto legend.
The entire river scene scene took the whole movie down a few notches. It was too childish, mostly the first part. They were sliding down ice like it was a slid, I mean, come on. Just because it worked in "IceAge" doesn't mean it will work for Balto. They should have attempted to make the scene more dramatic and suspenseful, as well as appling more dramatic music. During some parts, like when Stella was flying around and she found the crash site, that was more dramatic music wise, and they used a symphonic orchestra (a good choice when trying to create drama and suspense). That alone could of made the whole river scene so much better.

A few things bothered me, but not much: Stella (though I'm kind of over that now) the strange jazz music in the ice river scene which really didn't suit it, and Muk and Luk...grr! They really annoyed me. I can only put up with them in the first Balto.

Steet you were right.
STELLA!!!!!!!!!
Her character was way too sugestive, and I also think that they should have made the center problem, the pain in the character's if you will, invlove the dogs more directly, specifically Kodi. They could have done a whole lot more with him than they did, and still kept the focus on Balto. Like, okay, it was cool to see Balto at the lead of a sled team again, but I think that should have been Kodi's spot... anyway, if you want to know more about how I think the movie should have been, check out my newest FanFic (it should be on the next update)
Balto III Wings of Change (a re-write)
I just re wrote it, keeping the same basic story, but chaging the story itself dramatically. (Like NO Stella!) (yeah! lol)
anyway, read it and let me know what you think, was it a good idea?

Yeah those parts were seriously retarded but ya know they had to make it retarded so little kids thought that was fun but balto fans are the ones who normally buy their products not little kids (well some).
