What I noticed is that the colours sometimes changed and it became fizzy at times so it was a cheap looking movie...but still I enjoyed it

I thought the animation was ok, but compared to B1, it stinked! they really didn't care much about it. they made balto's eyes white! WHITE!!! the water was also bad, I mean, Exon-Valdiez doesn't happen until more than 50 years later

It wasn't as good as Balto 1, since the 2d looked a lot more real, but the 3d and the bright colours make the scenes unreal... But I LOVE ALL OF THE MOVIES NOMATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. The animation was pretty poor in Balto 2. Specially in the dream scenes, then the CGI seems to be very poor made. Looks like its rendered on a old home computer. First i thought: maybe the dvd was bad, but no.
I like no.3 though. But im still a big fan of the first one. :)

Boys lets say i dont like balto 2 animation and skip it ok?
(What now i have to say why ok!)
As agreed the dream parts are poor.
The part in Balto 3 with the two wolves kissing on the sky (or something like that) wasnt so beautyful expecially my 101 dalmatians drawing looks like Elite Sturmtrooper work.

But i recomend to see Donald Duck - Home Defence (made in 1943)
It has all hand drawn animation and was colored but it was good and wierd is that the graphics are much the same.

I agree the animation was poor. But that doesn't stop me from watching it.

I was under the impression that Universal Studios was making the Balto series in 2D, but in many totem pole scenes, there was 3D. Which, when you combine the two together, looks very awkward.

Well, I noticed that too (just rewatched it . . . again). But they're trying, and nobody's perfect.

I think that the art wasn't all that bad, but it could have been much better. My mom (who watches the movies with me at times) says that she thinks it's pretty well animated. I kind of agree with her on that. The backgrounds are beautiful, and yes, some characters change appearances a lot throughout the film (like Aleu). Plus there are the changes that are used throughout the entire length of the film (like Balto's eyes).

Sure, the changing animation style is not always thorough, but who cares? I think it's an enjoyable movie (if you think about the story, and not just the animation).

Yes, I'm a weirdo. ^___^

The animation.

hmm i have to agree the animation and voicing, muk, luk and boris inparticular were a little dissapointing and the 3d was sorta, bad, the otem pole looked like it was floating in mod air. Still i love all three movies.
