That son of a DAAAAMMMMMMMMMM ITTTT! no money to make balto films but they do have enough money to make guay little barbie movies eh? ........ he must be stupid to make a barbie movie right after telling a whole balto community he couldn't make a Balto sequel, that was a really unrespectul thing of him to do show both thing: he thinks that we are stpid little kids, and that he doesn't give a damm about the petition....sorry for caps I am so pissed think I'll stop here before I start swearing.........

someone daring should google "Barbie Source" and see if it comes up with anything. I'm not the person to do it though, 'cause I'm afraid of what I might find. Pamplemousse! it'd be funny to see if there's any good Barbie fan-art. then we could laugh at it. sry, i really dont like Barbies. Not only is it stupid, but it's a bad message for girls. Barbie's anatomy is completely off too. Her legs are too long, her chest is too big, and she's wayyy too skinny. She's the one of the main reasons lots of teenage girls have eating disorders, because they think that beauty is looking like girls in magazines or looking like Barbie. Someone should draw Barbie trying to drive a dogsled, falling off, and being dragged behind it like the guy on Snow Dogs. I would, but it probably wouldn't be any good. I might try it anyway. I think I am gonna do it. Wish me luck! (I'm not too good at action poses, especially for humans, which i just recently taught myself to draw)

And i agree totally with you Silver Snow. I mean he said they didn't have enough money to make a balto sequal. But as soon as steet makes a joke, that clearly shows how much we BS members dislike barbie, he decided to make another barbie movie.

OF COURSE it is a coincidence, these sort of things are planned months before their announcements.
But I still can't believe it...What was the probablity for this to happen?

Unfortunately the Barbie films still sells well, but more on the name than anything if you ask me.
Also, it seems like most of you don't know that they are making around 3 Barbie films every year, since a few years.
This show you the ONLY reason that push them to make films : MONEY!!!



Aaargh, maybe I will regret this, but if I had a great opinion on Universal before, now I HATE THEM!!!

Although, there is still one thing to consider : it's not Universal Studios Home Entertainment that will make these Barbie films, they will only distribute them. But still...

Why is life so unfair? Why does everything they do is the exact opposite of what I want? I must say I really didn't expect that, I don't think it can be really worse now...

No, I just know that all big companies such as Universal and maybe even Disney just want money. And if something isn't predicted to sell well, they crumple up their papers and think of something that'll sell for big bucks... And I really don't care that there is no B4, I'm content with the small project for B4, but now they're making more Barbie Movies?!! Eww.....

Again, how many times should I have to say this?

The problem is NOT that they won't make a B4, the problem is that they won't make anything related to Balto, which would include Special edition dvds, soundtracks, etc... This ALSO include a price reduction of the films

How come the official price of the film in the US still hasn't changed since 2002?? That's crazy!!! How do they expect non-Balto fans to discover the films with such a price, for a dvd which hasn't even got any real extras?? Another proof that they don't even care about the Balto releases, and the release of packs.
What did we get? NOTHING! What will we get? At this rythm, I can safely say : NOTHING!

And I'm even more angry to see that it's exactly what they want to give to Barbie :

Really that's just ridiculous. Is the world really that desperately running out of ideas for cartoon movies that they have to single out a topic as incredibly irritating as Barbie and make billions of sequels to it because they have nothing else to do? Gah Universal really needs to rethink their DTV sequel department. Or just bulldoze it over altogether. That might work.
