Carbon-14 ,right? could anyone that know about Carbon-14 Explain this please? I'm not THAT good at English. I don't know what to say.
No, radiocarbon dating only works for a time up to 60'000 years ago, and is therefore mainly used in archaeology, and not in paleontology.

A species of bird could move to a different land, and over a period of 10 years their beaks will slightly change shape to adapt to the food, but not as drastic as completely evolving.
What you describe here is nothing different than evolution. There doesn't exist a "slight" adaption and a "dramatic" adaption. When something slightly adapts - then it evolves. When something dramatically adapts - then it evolves as well. Evolution IS (as I already said) FACTUAL. The only thing one could question would be the explanation for that process. But Nature proves all the time how life evolves - it's best visible in viruses and bacteria, which mutate and change their capabilities, as well as in the organisms that have to deal with them and develop protection mechanisms or simply don't allow them to connect to their cells anymore. H5N1 is an excellent example for a Virus that turned into an extremely infectious influenza for mankind, and could even build an extremely dangerous supervirus in future, to release a pandemy among us.
