Gray, did you consider importing the dvds form another country?
If you import form here all balto dvds, you will pay less than 30 dollars (this is the store price, i don't know which is the police of the mexican duty with brazilian products...) all dvds have the spanish (ando of course the english track) and the balto 1 and 2 are region 1 and 4 encoded (so will play well in your ps2)
