I think If jenna would be as the town wanted her to be, think about it, it would be the oppsite . Like Jenna would agree with sylvie/dixie that steele's the hottest dog around (Go for the "Bad" boy), and be mean to Balto(Become a "Bad" girl). It would be a lot harder for balto, because Balto wouldn't be motivated or supported by Jenna, only by boris/Muk/Luk. If went the way the movie is supposed go (Balto being the hero), then Jenna's repuation (Which you might think that she's the ultimate popularity girl with steele) would be discarded as with STeele's. (It would all be a big trap). It would change the plot in more pf Steele and jenna, as I've said.
It would a;so destory the squeals, not aleu, wolf quest, no kodi, none of that. Nothing at all or something diffrent.
Jenna would be beecome Steele's hench(B word) against Balto. . It would cause revenge against balto. The couple's pups would out for balto too, having revenge on him.
I would say, that Balto would be pushed off the spotlight, at most times.
It would also make possiblities. What if the three always fought, no one would become the hero and the children would die or what if steele brought the medicine? (Answer that question) He would become the hero.

That would be funny! You should do a fanfic for that Togo!

It would be an intresting twist, however I think it would end in a,
:Steele and Balto fight for Jenna, Balto gets hurt, Jenna protects him at the last min:
" I never loved you steele! " <Jenna
" Jenna... :cough: " < Balto
Ect. ect.
Situation.. heh ^.^;

Well, Jenna's personality was such that she could never have tolerated Steele for more than a minute or two of conversation. So, unless she was a very different character (more like Dixie, or more trampy perhaps), it is pretty inconceivable.
However, I suspect Balto might never have made the effort to rescue the team, and bring back them and the medicine. Consider that, while much of Balto's desire to help Rosy and the others was due to an innate goodness and kindness of heart, he also was very much enamored of Jenna (in simpler language, he freakin' LOVED her). Her deep concern for Rosy (and perhaps Balto's own fledgling friendship with Rosy...since it is clear that Rosy already knew Balto, at least a little, in the beginning of the movie), I think, spurred him on, and gave a boost to his shy, hesitant nature. The hero was always in him...but it was Jenna's response to Balto's boyish crush on her that gave him the boost he needed to allow the hero to burst forth and go.
He would indeed probably have ended up wandering back to the boat, with Boris in tow, and sulking for a while there. Would he have found love again? Who knows? But if there were sequels, they would have indeed been very different. Remember, too, that the spirit of Balto's mother (Aniu) was looking after him...a plot device established firmly in Balto 2: Wolf Quest, but hinted at in the original Balto movie (and confirmed later by the producer).
However, despite all this, I think it's inconceivable. Only human women are predisposed for being drawn to muscle-headed ogres (or self-styled GQ types) who end up hurting and abusing them...because those men are, by nature, self-centered and selfish. While all us kind, gentle, hopeless romantics (we Balto types ) usually end up empty-handed and sad. Such is the ugly nature of the real world. And perhaps another reason why the cartoon Balto is a hero...he's the gentle, kind, shy hopeless romantic who "got the girl" and rode off into the sunset with her. Maybe Universal and Amblimation didn't have that aspect of his heroic nature in mind when they designed him, but he sure is that...as well as many other very good things.

AMEN TO THAT!!!
First of all, Jenna would never be with Steele! Quote: "I'm afraid the only way Steele notices anyone is if they're wearing a mirror" which proves that he wouldn't care about her even if they were going out. And, as SimbasGuard has pointed out on another topic; Steele just see's Jenna as a trophy to be won
Anyway, on with how I would feel
Well, as much as I LOVE Steele, I wouldn't be happy. As many people have pointed out, it was Balto's romantic desire for Jenna, and her's for him, that led Balto on his quest to save the children of Nome. Aside from his powerful friendship with little Rosie.
And anyway, if Jenna had chosen Steele, Balto would be heartbroken. The movie would've been much shorter, all the children would die etc. etc.
So, in a powerful way, it was because of Balto and Jenna's love that the children of Nome survived the Diphtheria epidemic Which is why I have never, EVER seen a more romantic animated film then Balto

Very, VERY good point. Steele was far more interested in being noticed for his leadership of the team than getting the medicine to Nome. And he was very willing to allow the children to die, if necessary. He was even prepared to give up entirely on the medicine when things got bogged down.
Had Steele continued to lead the team, if Jenna had fallen for him, and Balto was back brooding and sulking at the boat, then in that scenario, the Nome citizens afflicted by the disease would have died. A very depressing story line, no? In reality, an impossible one to do as a cartoon movie.
