I my fanfiction (it should be on site in few days) i tell the real history of Scar and Zira (i'm not good in english, so my story is probably harsh in form, but check it anyway).
If you read it (it will be called "Scar's Heir"), you might see my favorite heroes from completly different perspective.

I voted Scar he really was a brilliant bad guy, he killed his own brother, tried to kill his nephew, smacked his sister in law really hard, killed a hyena (he made him fall into the geyser in the be prepared song), he blamed it all on the hyenas, he locked Zazu up in a cage and he was just a really bitter character and it was awesome, hardly ever see a char like that in a kids movie.

Let's not forget Scar tried to kill Nala too.....Scar:I practically gift wrapped those CUBS for you,and couldn't even dispose of them.

I'd have to say Scar. Even though he was one of my favorite characters in the movie, he actually killed and hurt others. Zira, on the other hand, failed to do what she had threatend. She actually cared for her cubs and some other lionesses. But Scar showed no love for his pride what so ever.
