"My name is Tafari.'' He said and shoved Taji playfully,''Be nice to Radhi.'' Tafari's mother who was best friends with Queen Amani walked up. ''I hope you aren't causing any trouble Tafari.'' Tafari giggled. ''Hey Radhi why don't you show everyone your pink flower?'' Tafari asked sitting by Radhi.

Radhi took the flower from behind her ear and showed it off the all the members of the Pride. "Tafari gave it to me." She said with pride. "Isn't it beautiful?" She looked back at Tafari and smiled.

Kensei looked around at Radhi, and her friend Tafari, and also Taji. He had a family, but still felt like he didn't belong. He sighed and hide behind the queen.

Bakari woke up and walked outside. He sighed as he noticed the clouds up above. 'Brilliant', he thought to himself.
Amani followed Bakari out of Pride Rock and sat down next to him. "What are you going to do today?" she asked.
"Probably walk around a bit, maybe ask everyone how they are?"

Meanwhile, Taji was up and pestering Radhi to take Kensei to the Story Cave. "Please Radhi, please!"
Radhi groaned. "Maybe later Taji. I'm tired!"

Uhuru also set off early. She could tell that this was a good day to hunt. She passed the King and Queen and told them where she was going, then ran into the Pridelands. Soon, she found a herd of zebra. She picked and target and pounced and soon, the zebra was hers.

After the excitement of the new cub, Moto now had a chance. "Prince Taji?" he called into the cave from where he was standing guard outside. "Would you like your fighting lessons today?" he asked. The guard pricked his ears, waiting for a response from the young prince.

Tafari yawned and looked at Radhi,'I'd go with you if you take Kensie there I would love to here about the generations before you.'' Tafari said and smiled at Kensei.

Radhi yawned again. "Okay, Taji, we'll all go. Taji?"
But Taji was running off to the outside of the cave. "Yes please Moto!!!" he shouted to the lion. "What can I learn first?"
Radhi sighed. "I guess it'll just be the three of us. Come on, follow me!"
Radhi led the group to the Story Cave. All the pictures drawn by her ancestor, Kabili, took her breath away every time she saw it. She pointed to a picture of a lion, lioness and two cubs.
"Look, this is a picture of Kabili and Wema and their cubs. They are Uhuru and Queen Amani!" Radhi smiled sadly. "Kabili was very ill when he drew this, but this hope for a family saw him through."
Radhi looked at the other cubs who had their mouths open. "Pick a picture and I'll explain the story behind it!" she said.

Ubora rose up early this morning. He walked outside of Pride Rock and watched as the golden sun rose higher and higher in the sky. 'This is true beauty', thought Ubora. Then he turned as he heard a noise behind him. 'Actually, that is true beauty', he thought as he saw Uhuru come out of the cave.
Uhuru nuzzled Ubora's chin in greeting. "Was the sunrise beautiful today?" she asked.
"Spectacular!" he replied. "But nothing compared to my beautiful mate."
Uhuru blushed then pushed Ubora to the ground. "I think you are more beautiful than the sunset." she said. Then licked his cheek. "I love you!"
Ubora smiled again. "I love you too!" Then rose off of the ground and watched as Uhuru walked away to hunt.

Moto smiled down at the cub. "Let me think. Ok, since you are needed by your friends today, we'll start tomorrow at dawn." When dawn came the next day, he rose a prodded the cub. "Prince Taji, it is time," he whispered.

Taji was so excited. "Moto? What are you going to teach me first?" he asked, inquisitively. Taji ran and pounced on Moto. "Do I need to work on my pouncing?" he asked.

Tafari then placed a small paw on an image of a lioness nuzzling a lion, ''Is this King Bakari and Queen Amani?'' Tafari asked Radhi while looking at all the images in the story cave. Kabili was the one who drew all the images and Tafari would have loved to meet Kabili and would really like to learn stuff about his drawings.

Tafari nodded sadly, ''Is there any room for more images of the new generation?'' He asked Radhi. Soon there was a shuffling of paws outside the story cave and he quickly turned around.
