look through my eyes is on the Brother Bear Soundtrack.

One of his songs i keep listening to over and over is 'Don't lose my Number'

is that from a soundtrack?

I love the Brother Bear soundtrack! I love teh songs on it!

Yes it actually is, but.. PC actually plays it frequinetly when he's touring because he wrote it and as you've mentioned it's also immensely popular with his fans worldwide so to sum it all up.. that would explain EXACTLY why over half of his work is mainly soundtracks! because it makes for more SOLD-OUT shows and better nightly rotating setlists! but great question and you guys have EXCELLENT musical taste!

I only started listening to Phil Collins because i liked his songs on Brother Bear. When i looked to see any other songs he'd done i found out he'd been singing since like the 70's and he'd also done the songs for a movie i was obsessed with when it had come out. Tarzan.
I still listen to 'Two Worlds' alot lol

Oh, oh!! Son of Man!! That's the best Tarzan song ever!!

I love his songs too! XD, but I bought his newest album, (non-movie music) and I have to say that he was good, but he's not as good as he used to be. BUt his oldies are classics .

It was only after Tarzan that I started really liking him. Some of his oldies are good, but I still prefer his more lively songs.

He does do some really good songs. I like 'Can't Stop Loving You' the best!

My fave song by Phil Collins is 'I Don't Care Anymore.' It makes me so happy......And I kind of go wacko when listening to it...and basically yell
'I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!' when he does and stuff...........yah.......I Phil Collins....He sang awesome in Tarzan....and Brother Bear....and I hear that he might be singing again in one of the(unnamed) future Disney animated films.....I LOVE MUK AND LUK!!!! I was so freaked out when I found out Phil Collins did the voices of them I mean that is just...OMG!!!! GAAH!!!! But yah....I Don't Care Anymore....favorite song.

Really? I thought he had retired. I found out that a few years ago he was having some hearing problems. Like he want deaf in one ear for a few weeks and now he wears a hearing aid.

Yeah, he had to buy an emposered hearing aid, but he's not retired...I believe he's still doing concerts and stuff....you can check on his website.

I forgot to mention that I like a lot of Phil's earlier material! exspecially the stuff that was the drummer on!

His work with Genesis was also fantastic

I also really like that "Land Of Confusion" cover that Disturbed did on their new album a ton!

It sounds almost identical to PC's version vocally..

And on top of that Disturbed's drummer Mike Wengren was incredible with directly playing PC's drumpart.. He never missed a single hit the entire song

But then again that whole album was also very solid as well!
