Hype - Actually, it's the other way around, haha. Luna's pack moves in and the NightShade pack is the one already living there. Let me know if you want to switch around your characters, but they would work in either.

BTW, I will be starting this rp this evening. I would have done it sooner, but real life is bothersome. Moki, you can add more characters if you want, but I think we are good with the ones we have.

Alrightie, well in that case I'll just leave the ones I have. Can't wait until this starts!

@Hype: I actually think they're great the way you have them. Dev's attention-grabber way about him might end up being trouble to the Nightshade Pack, and Marley's fiery personality could potentially flame up when the hunters try to annoy them. DRAMAAAAA. *cough* sorry. xD

Ooc:// Sorry! I have been attempting to find the time to post, but the school year has hit me heard. I really hope to get some free time soon, but I hate making promising I might break. This rp won't die, though, I promise!!

OOC: Heh, know what you mean about school. They're killing us too >_< That's alright, I just wanted to know that it wasn't dying. :3

Ooc:// Okay, so I finally decided to just get this started. I hope to be able to post at least once a day or every other day. I'm learning how to manage my time, yay!

Also, a big note, as I was looking through the characters, I realized we had somehow ended up with nine guys and only four girls. I mean, wow, it's usually the opposite, but I also realized that all the testosterone would lead to lots of fights, which is great for the story, but we need some girls to get all touchy-feely and knock some sense into the guys' heads, haha. (I'm joking by the way...) Anyways, to get to the point, I decided to take out Xavier (whose characterization I wasn't confident in anyway) and replace him with Rose in the Nightshade Pack and also added another human girl, Gabby! That evened up our numbers a bit (eight guys and six girls), so hopefully this works a little better now.

Bic:// Stacey paused in front of the large green doors of Crescent Valley High School, examining the chipped paint as more flaked off every time another group of students slammed it shut as they slowly filed inside. Her arms were crossed tightly over her chest and her lips were pursed in distaste. After attending a well-off private school her entire life, Stacy wasn't used to the cracked concrete steps or the fact that she wasn't wearing a pleated skirt, blouse, and neck tie. "So this is our new school?" she asked disdainfully to the three boys at her side. She caught a whiff of the inside after a couple of guys in ratty attire walked in, and her nose scrunched up in disgust. "It smells like b.o. and alcohol all covered up by perfume and cologne."



Rose reclined the seat of her silver car, a fairly new Aston Martin Zagato that practically looked new after the wash and wax job she gave it over the summer, and slipped on a pair of black sunglasses. She had been so happy to finally be able to afford a real car, even if it was used, and not have to ride that stupid bus ever again, but now that she was actually at school, she really didn't feel like leaving it. She closed her eyes as she opened the windows, breathing in the warm air that still smelt like summer. She tried not to think about how long it would take for one of her pack mates to come drag her out of the vehicle, but maybe she would be lucky enough that they wouldn't notice until after school let out.



Aaron entered the school though the side door closest to the student parking lot, mostly trying to avoid the crowd he knew would be gathering near the front entrance. It was a new school year, but he doubted things were going to get better. After being suspended from the football team last November, the coach hadn't approached him since. After several unreturned phone calls and never-replied-to emails in Spring, Aaron had given up on trying to get back onto the team for his senior year. It had been his only real passion for so long that he truly felt lost without the sport. He'd dedicated himself to his family's work as supernatural hunters all Summer, having no real contact with anyone from school except his cousin, Trey, who also got reeled into the werewolf killing business. Other than learning combat and different gun techniques, the family hobby had been pretty boring. The Nightshade pack kept themselves in line, which Aaron supposed was what his family wanted, but it meant a lot less action for the young, anxious hunter.



Gabby drowsily woke up from her short nap as the school bus jerked to a stop at the last red light before it arrived at Crescent Valley with its load of students. She always woke up around the same spot, though she had some trouble falling asleep after discovering sitting in the back seat was less than a senior privilege and more like a cheap carnival ride. Stretching out her aching shoulders, she reached over the seat in front of her to tap her best friend, Sosie, on the shoulder, the fair-haired girl still fast asleep against her book bag. "Soso, we're almost there," she said, using Sosie's nickname that had actually only developed between the two of them last year when they had formed a strong friendship.

Sosie waved off Gabby's offending hand, attempting to shut her eyes again, but Gabby wouldn't let up. "Not t'ere yet, Gabgab," she muttered, barely coherent through her sleep. After a rather rough nudge, Sosie finally sat up, huffing out as much of an irritating sigh as she could muster. She wasn't good at being mad, though, so she simply rolled her eyes to show her annoyance. "Aye, alright. I'm awake," she grumbled, noticing that her curly hair had frizzed up from her nap. Using the slightly reflective window as a mirror, she attempted to scrunch it back down to something descent. Gabby giggled at the mess on Sosie's head before adding a helping hand to remedy the situation.

Bic:// Caleb slowly got off his school bus and gave a long, drug out sigh. He was so tired, he suffered from some insomnia and he'd been up most of the night. To make matters worse, he lived next to some fool, who stayed up late listening to rap music through a pair of huge speakers. All Caleb wanted now was to go get sleep.

The loud roar of a well oiled engine revved louder and louder as the sleek black mustang convertible pulled into the schools parking lot. Going faster than he should, a brown haired boy whipped about the parking lot, searching for the best spot. He quickly pulled in to an open parking space and took off his aviators. Dev grabbed his backpack from the passengers seat, and in one swift movement, opened the door and was on his feet in an instant. Dev glanced around the parking, realized just how much he wished he didn't have to be here right now. He slung his backpack over his shoulder, slammed the car door, and pushed the button which made the mustang beep and the light flicker on and off. He started to walk towards the school, but second guessed himself and leaned against his car instead, taking another glance around the parking lot. He noticed a girl in a fairly new looking car, Rose. He chuckled to himself and glanced at his own mustang. "Psh, my cars still better," he mumbled to himself.

The dark haired girl narrowed her eyes as she stared off into the parking lot. She was sitting, not so ladylike, on the brick wall just outside the front of the school. Her red vans sneakers swung back and forth as she kicked her heels on the red stone. Her backpack sat next to her as her beats headphones blasted loud music into her ears. She glared at the boy with the fancy black car and rolled her eyes as she stuck the end of her pen cap in her mouth. 'What a jerk,' she thought, just by looking at him. Marley was pretty quick to judge, and already, she had made her opinion about the dark haired boy across the parking lot. Suddenly, her attention was caught by something else, a familiar looking boy. "Simon?" she called out, removing her beats so they dangled around her neck.

OOC: Hey, guys. I believe Caleb and Dev are next to Stacey at the moment, haha. Just a heads up. Also, Rose, how do you spell Stacy's name? With the 'e' or without it?

BIC: Zac stood beside Stacy, giving a huff of ignorance as he turned towards the slightly older girl. A wide and untroubled grin spread across his medium-toned skin as he replied, "Oh come on, Stace! Give it a chance. Who knows? There could be vampires amuck," he teased, dangling his fingers in front of him just to emphasize the joke. He laughed at Stacy's seriousness. He had no problems whatsoever with the school. Though Zac usually posed no problems with accepting things in the first place, he had been in public school all his life, and knew the basic in and outs that came with each one. Whether they were small town or big city high schools, it didn't matter much. They all operated similarly. "That aside, this'll be fun!" He bumped her shoulder playfully, adding, "And if not, you can always bash some heads if someone annoys you, right?"



Although John wasn't the type to be early or late to school, he found himself arriving in his dark blue BMW with a lot of time to spare. After he parked his car, he looked around the lot to see if any new faced had appeared yet. After all, it was the start of a new school year. It was always interesting to see how the freshmen stacked up in regards to the now sophomores of this year, and besides that, new faces were seldom seen in NightShade. It didn't take him long to notice Rose sitting in her car looking positively relaxed. A small smile tugged at the ends of his lips and he knocked on the window frame of the driver's seat. "Let's go!" he mouthed, walking in the direction of the entrance.

He was was surprised to suddenly see a group of four new seniors - or juniors? He wasn't sure - standing outside the school doors. The female of the group seemed to be looking at the doors with disdain and loathing, while one of the male's beside her, who sported a thick head of black hair and striking blue eyes to match, seemed more excited than school seemed to warrant these days. Not thinking much about them other than the fact that it was odd there were so many new students at once here in NightShade, John walked past them and towards his locker, failing to smell them properly either. At the moment they were just human to him.



After having spent his entire summer learning about the details of werewolves - how to know if you see one, how to kill them, how to weaken them, etc. - Trey wasn't as surprised as he should have been to realize just how happy he was to have school as an excuse to at least attempt to learn something different. Being in this school all his life, he took the back entrance to avoid the crowds, thinking along the same lines as his cousin, Aaron. Though his reasoning wasn't entirely to avoid the onslaught of students. He had some grades he had to change in the principal's office, which he headed to straight away. These days, though he kept on the down low with the teachers, almost every student at Crescent Valley High knew he had the skills to change their grades. This is why he readily took cash from many of the sports players who needed better grades just to stay on their respective teams. Trey wasn't one to judge, and so he arrived at the principal's office just in time to see him leave to check for the buses.

He swiftly entered his office, ignoring the kid who had been waiting just outside for who knows what reason. It didn't take long for the blonde, green-eyed teenager to hack into the principal's account, get into the grading system, and change the grades of three separate school jockeys who had paid him the week before to bring their grade up by at least two letters. Trey was typing away at the keyboard, quickly getting to the third person on his list.



Travis usually preferred staring out the window of the bus rather than sleeping, but the fact that last night had been a restless one for him helped him nod off within the first ten minutes of his finding a seat. When they hit a particularly large bump in the road, he was startled awake, and looked over to his left just out of reflex. He noticed Gabby and Sosie, and smirked to himself at their antics. It seemed they slept every day. Or at least, every time he found a seat in the back, he noticed that at least Gabby had dozed off.
