My tail flicked wildly, showing I was getting agitated with this male's presence. He was to close to me, my sister, and her cubs for me to let my guard down. I returned the growl, making it deeper and carry out longer. My sister did the same. We were always double trouble.

I came to my brother's side. Watching this male intently. My cubs were still standing under me as I went to him. My brother wouldn't fight alone, I wouldn't allow that to happen. I waited, ready. My mind working non-stop. Romeo and Chloe were meowing.

I sat, glaring still. Any odd movement and it would be a battle. I wouldn't turn my back on anyone, not even someone who wasn't a challenge. I let a low growl slip from my throat. I had all the time in the world and my sister did too. I waited.

I bare my big k-9s. I guess so. I said, intent on figuring this male out. Samantha nudged me and I glanced at her, feeling as she soon became stressed with the stand still in this and how much my sister was getting angry. I knew the cubs wouldn't like that, to see their mother angry and ready to get at his throat. I looked directly in this male's eyes. I would accept any challenge.

As soon as the male left, I turned and looked over at Samantha. Laying back down in the shade with my sister. I loved her and her cubs. I guess I'm just as family oriented as she is.

I waited for something to happen before taking a minute to look at my sister. "Sammy," I began, using a nicer tender voice. "If your going to join a pride. I think I should prepare you for what any male will tell you." I took a moment, seeing my sister was a little concerned. "I won't be accepted into any prides. I have to make one of my own or just be a rogue. Most likely a rogue. And Sammy... Males will often, kill any cubs that aren't theirs." I said, looking at her.

Samantha::
"And any male, stupid enough to try, will be fought against. A full blown war." I said sternly. "And I won't be accepted either brother." I looked at Brutus' face. He was my twin so we had to stick together.

Brutus::
"Why is that?" I asked in a hush voice, just loud enough for her to hear it. I was hoping my sister wasn't going to say anything stupid or say something that would break both of our hearts because she was known to do that sometimes.

Samantha::
"Where ever you go. I go. Period!" I said and sat before him. Looking at my brother. I loved him a boat load and I thought we should never in this life have to be separated again.

I realized that I'm one good on my own at first i though being a rouge would be easy but it somewhat harder then i seem dodging and attempting to stay alive and find you won food.

I sighed quietly. "Your stubborn." I said, pawing at my sister's face. Samantha growled playfully at me. Usually when she growled it was meant to scare off someone but I knew she was okay with me. "Romeo and Chloe are getting bigger already. I'll be back." He said, leaving his sister there to fend on her own for a minute. Brutus needed to go see someone right quick.

I walked farther and farther from my sister. I needed to go and find the old family friend Mango, who was about 10 years old. He was very wise and I needed his advice on something serious. When I finally made it to his part of africa the sun was already beginning to set but the savannah stayed blistering hot. I look over at him. Mango, my friend. I need advice on what to do about Samantha and her children. I don't want to let them go to jhust any pride but I can't risk another male trying to kill her children. What should I do? I paused, the huge lion stood walking over to me and sitting with me. 'Do what your heart tells you. If you trust your heart, it will never do you wrong.' Mango(Mon-go) said in a deep voice. I looked at him. My heart is telling me to let her go but she won't listen to me. She says that we are staying together, but there is only room for 1 male in a pride. Mango shook his head, 'She knows what's best for her cubs.' He said and stood. I shook my head and took back off in the direction I left my sister.
