Magic nodded, "that'd be great." she said and smiled, she looked at her car, "want me to follow in my car... or what?" she asked, she didn't really know him, but she wanted to make friends with her neighbors and this was the perfect opportunity. She smiled as Belle bounded over and sniffed the man's leg.

John ~
He shrugged. Sure, c'mon. He said, he took one step and noticed something. That little fox thing down there sniffing his leg. John had almost stepped on it by accident. Cute..... Dog? Fox? Thing. He said and grinned and went to his truck. He hopped inside and rode to the beach. It was packed with people swimming, children playing, people finishing, and some people on boat. John like swimming out into the ocean and just having fun with his buddies. John had already had swim trunks in his truck from last time and so did the other guys.

Magic smiled, "thanks." she said and picked up Belle, she put her in the car and followed him. She bought a rainbow, two piece swimming suit, which complimented her slight features and walked onto the beach, Belle at her heals, she shaded her eyes and then looked at the waves, she let out a 'squeal' like a little girl and ran into the water, plunging herself under and rolling with the waves. She burst out laughing, her hair flowing.

John ~
He, Mason, Nick, Kyle, Jake, and a couple other people just walked in the water, seeing who could swim out the farthest without getting nervous. This would be challenging because all of them had been stranded in the ocean at one point in time. John thought of his old army days and wished he hadn't quit. But at least he was still in action fighting against wrong doings and crime. John wasn't like most other cops, he knew how to have fun and relax on the job. He didn't see himself better than anybody.

Magic saw them swimmming and she swam past them and far out, she laughed and dived, she had pulled on goggles. She laughed as she came up and could still see everyone, she wasn't afraid. She loved the water and the beach and she could see Belle running up and down the beach, barking, wanting to join her master, but too afraid to swim. Magic preferred that Belle didn't because she was so small.

John ~
He chuckled as she swam past them. You could be a life guard. He joked. The guys laughed along with him, most of them laughing to try and flirt with Magic but John laughed because he was a clown. John looked over at Belle then back at Magic. So, it's a dog? He assumed because of it's barking. He cocked his head some and looked at Marcus, one of his buddies. John grinned and splashed him, he knew Marcus was a little tense because there was a girl here he knew nothing about.

Magic smiled. She nodded, "Yeah, something like that.." she said, "She's actually a fox, dog, and something else I've never been able to figure out and I've had her for four years." she said, she walked over to the little thing and picked her up and walking back into the water, she knew that the guys were flirting with her, and you know what, she flirted right back. She had never really been flirted with before and was enjoying herself, laughing and joking.

John ~
He grinned and looked at the guys. He rolled his eyes and splashed them all. They all snapped out of it and ganged up playfully on John. John smiled and laughed, diving underwater and swimming a little bit. The guys spread out to find him when he popped up. John came up right behing Marcus, coming up slowly and covering his mouth with his hand and putting his neck into the bend of his arm. John dragged Marcus down and laughed when he re-surfaced.

Magic watched and laughed, she got out of the water and sat on the sand, Belle in her lap, watching the men in their little boy like antics. She sat back in the sun, tanning for a while, even though she was already pretty tan and still watched them, head turned. She laughed occasionally.

John ~
He laughed and saw something, a man steeling a woman's child. He ran full tilt at the man and hit him with hgreat force. John pinned him against the sand and told Marcus to go get the handcuffs from his truck. Marcus did, the man struggled to get free. You have now been placed, He put the handcuffs on him. Under arrest. He said and stood the man up, everyone clapped and the woman thanked him.

Magic watched, something she was insanely good at. She smiled and clapped as well, but was almost silent, she admired him already. John, if she remembered right, he hadn't really mentioned his name, or maybe if he had, she couldn't remember, but she remembered his friends mentioning something.

A few moments passed and another suad car came by and picked the man up. He thanked and congradulated John for his work, even off duty. John replied simply, It's all part of my job. He said and walked back to the beach. The woman was pulling money out of her purse but John stopped her. I can't take it. He said and the woman looked at him. I won't take it. He grinned.

Magic watched, smiling, yes, she most definitely. Not just because he was noble. Or cute. Or extremely fit. Or that he had saved that child from being kidnapped. No, it wasn't just that. It was his eyes. The way that he refused money, the way he seemed to genuinely cared. She had never honestly seen that in anyone before.

John ~
He smiled and relaxed on the beach. He was as tanned as he would get but he got a sun burn across his back. It wasn't noticiable and it blended in with his skin amazingly. John relaxed under a umbrella his friend had brought with him.

Magic fell asleep for a brief span of time before going in the water again and then building a sand castle, being joined by several kids. It turned out pretty epic and legit. She laughed and the tide washed it away, the kids were disappointed, but she re assured them with a smile.
