Dinn tried to jump away, but a man grabbed her, the cub growled and yowled loudly, wriggling and wriggling to get out of the man's tight grip.
The man's partner glanced over, noticing the bright white fur of the other cub. "Grab that one too," the man that was holding Dinn commanded. The second man nodded and went to scoop up to the other cub.



ooc: the humans should speak english just to make this simple.

he little cub tried to swim away, but he couldn't really swim. He was shaking badly. and mewing quickly, but it wasn't loud enough to warn anything.
the mother quickly started to run for the watering hole.

The other man scooped up the white cub. "This one's got that white fur." he mentioned to his friend, who struggled to hold the wiggling Dinn.
"Just put it in the truck." he said, walking back to he and the man's jeep. Once he got to it, he opened a small kennel and waited for his friend to drop the white cub in, then he put the golden cub in before shutting the door. The men returned to the front of the vehicle, starting it up to drive back to their home.

My the time the mother of Maji had came back, it was too late... Maji was gone, but she saw odd footsteps by the waterhole, 2 trails of small footprints, and 2 large footprints. "Maji?" called out his mother. "MAJI?!"
Maji kept mewing as loud as he could, which is still too soft to hear, but out enough for the humans to hear though.

"Dinn!" Dinn's mother cried, noticing her cub was gone. "DINN!"
"Momma!" Dinn cried out, yowling in protest, loud enough for her mother to hear faintly, but it was much to hard to hear where the voice was coming from. "Momma!" the cub squealed and cried in terror, biting at the bars of the cage.

The mother of Maji heard another mother call for her cub and quickly ran to her. "Yours missing too?" she asked Dinn's mother.

Dinn's mother glanced over at the other cheetah. "My daughter.." she said, her ears pulled back. She knew Dinn would possibly be the last child she could bare, as she was getting older and her cubs were simply not surviving.

"Mine is gone too.. Maji," said the cheetah. "Where are they....?" she wondered out loud.
Maji curled up in the corner wanting to get let out of he small cage he was in. He closed his eyes, wanting this nightmare to be over now, instead of later. But he kept watching the other cheetah that was taken away with him. He wondered who she was, and how she got to where the are now.

"Gone.." the mother mumbled, lowering her head in sadness. "They're gone.."
"REOW!" Dinn called over and over, at the front of the cage, running back and forth making her sharp cry.
The jeep bumped along the make shift road, pulling into what seemed to be a market. People were everywhere. Dinn shook when she saw the other humans but continued her yowling cry.

Maji felt a tear himself fall down his cheek He slowly stood up smelling something good, the smell of meat. IT smelled good, and his mouth started to water, since he has not had any food all day.
"G-gone...?" asked Maji's mother." B-.....but. God dang it!" she yelled "He was the first cub I've ever been able to have..." she spoke and felt a tear fall from her cheek.

"I want OUT." Dinn growled in childish anger. "I want out right NOW." The golden cub paced, lashing her tail with a fierce, as fierce as a cub could get, snarl. "These stinky humans need to let us go! You hear that?" she growled to the humans, forgetting for a moment that they couldn't understand her.
Dinn's mother sighed, her own eyes tearing up. "Dinn was my last cub.." she said with a pain of guilt for leaving the cub.

"Oh..." said the cheetah and looked at the sky. "My name is Savan by the way," she said.

Maji looked at the golden cheetah again while he was also looking around at everyone. Worried sick, hoping he would be brought home son, he promised his mother he would be there when she got back.

The other female sighed. "Mine is Dali.." she replied with a heavy voice.

The truck came to a stop in the market. The force of the stop made Dinn fall over onto her belly. The men climbed out of the truck and moved to the back to look at their prizes.

When Maji saw the creatures looking at them he quickly scrambled to the back as far as he could. He was out numbered by the start, but he wanted just to go home, back to the nice savannah. Back to his mother where he felt safe. He was almost wondering that most cheetah's that he saw where golden, was he a rare one? He didn't know if he was or not, the creature seemed to mind his white fur.

Dinn got up and hissed at the men, lashing her small tail to each side.
"The white one'll go for more." the first man said.
"If we sell them as a pair they'll go for more then the white one alone." the other smirked. And with that, the cage was picked up and carried deeper into the market.
