Krystalia urged her horse, Sugarfoot, on. "We can't stop until we make camp for the night. I know you're tired, but we have to get far away from the castle before father notices that we left. I know you can do it! Come on boy!" Krystalia and Sugarfoot raced away from the palace and surrounding town as fast as they could. Krystalia missed her friends and father, but was determined to prove her point. Soon the thrill of adventure began to replace her longing for those she left behind.

Hobbes froze at this, Kay was horrible at archery. But when King Arthur was getting up from his throne to go to the archery arena, a servent scrambled through the giant doors. "King Arthur sir!" he he stammered. "Y-your daughter has escaped!"

Arthur froze as the servant said those words. "Escaped?!" He boomed.

ooc:// that's okay. But I didn't know that she was trapped. lol

bic:// As it grew dark, Krystalia decided to stop for the night. She set up camp, and walked Sugarfoot to cool him down. When she was done she sat down at the fire and talked to Sugarfoot before she went to sleep.

Bic:// Hobbes panicked like all of the other pages. The princess running away? Why would she do that? King Arthur shouted at them to be silent. He muttered something to the servant who nodded hastily and sped out of the chamber.

King Arthur rose from his throne and looked at the pages. "I will pick one of you, to go help find my daughter and bring her back." He stated simply. All the pages suddenly exitedly whispered to eachother. "Silence!" King Arrhur shouted once more, and the pages fell silent again. King Arthur already knew who he was going to choose, the red haired ladthat showed great combat skills aswell as brains. "I wil will choose...this lad!" He said loudly, and pointed at Hobbes.

Krystalia awoke before sun rise. She did not sleep for very long when her senses were hyper aware. Sugarfoot was already awake and eager to start that days ride. "We have to figure out where we're going first boy... I guess we'll figure it out on the way to the next town... It's the only place within miles. After that there's forests and more towns." They were saddled up and ready to go within minutes. Sugarfoot took off at top speed; it had been a long time since he'd been up to run so freely.

Hobbes froze as all the boys looked at him at that insant. "Me?" He asked. And pointed at himself in question. When King Arthur nodded, he shakily walked up to King Arthur's throne. King Arthur then rested a hand on his shoulder.

"This boy will go help to find my daughter, along with the best tracker in the kingdom!" King Arthur boomed.

Krystalia and Sugarfoot soon saw the next town appear in the distance. "Let's go around it," she decided. "We don't want any of the townsfolk spotting us and alerting Father." She steered Sugarfoot to the right, planning to give the town a VERY wide berth.

Hobbes felt as if his heart would burst out of his chest in pride. The King chose him! But, who was he supposed to travel with?

King Arthur raised his hand, and if on cue, a woman and a servant entered the room.

It was about mid-day when the village disappeared behind them on the horizon. "Let's stop and eat," she told Sugarfoot. After she walked and fed him, he watched over here while she ate.

ooc:// sorry... having trouble figuring out what to write with so little going on on my end...

Occ: Oh, I'll try and get them out serching for your character as quick as I can. ^^;

Bic: "My boy, you will be traveling with the best tracker the kingdom has to offer." and King Arthur gestured to the woman. "You shall leave at once, I shall have the servants ready your things." King Arthur boomed, and shooed away the servant.

Hobbes nodded and quickly left to the courtyard, but someone was following him. It was Kay. "You lucky! You get to go on a quest! I guess this audimatically makes you a knight." Kay said. But Hobbes didn't reply. Suddenly out of nowhere the woman appeared. She shot a look at Kay, he then quickly left.

Addanc hurried into the courtyard to find the boy. She was instructed to keep watch over him at all times. He quickly spotted him with another page, she walked into the courtyard and shot a look at the page as if saying 'Leave. Now.'. He quickly scurried away. Addanc faced the boy and stuck out her hand. "Hello, my name is Addanc Bicoir." she said. She was never very good at these things.

bic:// When they were done eating, Krystalia quickly packed up and jumped into Sugarfoot's saddle. "I think the best place to hide would be in the forest..." She mused. "Plus, I seem to have a connection with animals." Sugarfoot whinned his agreement, and they raced off towards the forest.

Hobbes shook her hand. "Hobbes Gorlois." He replied. And as soon as he let go of Addanc's hand, the servant's came around with their supplies and horses. Addanc, quickly hopped on her horse without a word, and Hobbes followed her example. And in no time, they were galloping towards the nearest town.

Addanc, galloped hard, and glanced back once or twice to see if the boy could keep up. As they got closer to the nearest town, she wondered how far the princess had gotten. Usually, there were drunken men, and patrols scouting the woods, so she hoped the princess was alright.

Krystalia and Sugarfoot quickly made themselves at home in the forest. A patrol came by, but they hid behind some tree cover with a family of deer. The pair was happy and safe in the forest, but Krystalia kept her weapons close just in case.

In no time they arrived at the nearest town. Addanc and Hobbes got off their horses, tied their horses to a post. Then, they entered a pub. As soon as Addanc walked in, Everything fell silent and they all looked at the entrence. Then one burly man got up and walked up to Addanc. He pounded her back and laughed. "Hey! What brings ya here Addanc?" He slurred. Addanc looked at him and smiled a bit, "Hello Kain. I'm looking for someone, have you seen her?" She asked and pulled a picture of the princess of her knapsack. Kain took the picture, studied in for a moment and gave it back to her. "Nope, sorry Addanc." He said "But if you want a drink I-" "No thanks Kain, maybe next time." Addanc said and motioned to Hobbes to follow her out.

Hobbes followed Addanc out, and soon they were riding again. "Let's go to the woods." Addanc said and they galloped into the woods. Hobbes looked around, everywhere dark. But he sniffed the air, smoke. "Addanc-" "Yeah, I smell it too." she said, cutting off Hobbes.

Balan watched Addanc and a boy walk out of the pub. He chugged on the rest of his beer, and left. Balan silently got on his horse and followed Addanc into the woods. He put on a twisted smile "New prey, how nice." He said to himself as he made his horse gallop faster into the darkening woods.

Sugarfoot whinned in alarm when the stench of smoke hit them. "Yeah, I smell it too," Krystalia replied. "It's probably from a patrol's camp. We should get as far away from that awful stench as possible." They packed up, and began working their way through the woods. Krystalia knew better than to light a fire in the woods. It could easily start a forest, and would most definitely give away their location. At some point, I need to tell Father that the men in his patrols need to be retrained and tested for stupidity.
