"Some just feel better about themselves by hurting others." Replied the earth pony. "At least we know better than that right?" He smiled at the little filly. It wasn't hard to remember what happened to them when Discord's reign of disorder terrorized ponies both far and near. Swamp Oak recalled the day out load. "I was tending to some sick animals when I suddenly felt... clueless on what to do to help them... my worst nightmare come true." He packed a few more figures, the last of the ones from the middle and bottom shelves.

Frost was packing the last of the items from the top shelf and sealing the boxes tight to restack as he added to the conversation, "...I kept trying to make ice skulptures, but all I could get out of my hooves were squares. No matter what my mind wanted, tree, flower, head bust, I couldn't do it. Just kept making squares."

The hovering pegasus pony wanted to laugh at the thought of a BOOK being scary, but he resisted. After all, to any other pony, his fear was probably silly sounding too. So after a nod of agreement to Ladybug's statement, he replied to Sherlock, "I believe so." He looked at Swamps compacting the shelves tighter together, leaving no space free for the boxes to dislodge and fall out. After opening a few hidden doors to makeshift harness and wheels, the shelves had turned into a wagon right before their very eyes. As he helped Swamps get hitched to it (for the earth pony was much stronger than he was), he added, "We gotta drop this off quick at our hotel, then we can head straight to the cafe."

OOC: We can probably skip past the hotel and right to the cafe. As long as it's known they did go there first.

After dropping off the Frost and Swamp's wears, the four ponies made their way to a nearby cafe. Sherlock ordered himself some coffee and began sipping it quietly while Ladybug was treated to a cup of hot coco to warm the little filly up. "So apparently, Applejack spent some time as a child here in Manehatten, prior to seeing a strange rainbow leading back to Ponyville. She left back as soon as possible and has only been back to visit her aunt and uncle," finished the writer pony, telling what information he'd gotten from Applejack's Aunt and Uncle Orange during his interview with them. "That's about all I managed to get from them, helpful, sure, but without knowing more about her, most of those details seem interesting, but not all that helpful in understanding the larger picture," he explained, having not yet gotten the information that the rainbow was Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom, as he didn't personally know any of them to know it.

Ladybug sipped her hot coco carefully. "My big sister told me that was Auntie Rainbow's Sonic Rainboom," she reported, trying to be of help if she could. Kindness was something she shared with her older sister, even if she wasn't literally it's embodiment.

Swamps looked at Frost, and his friend looked right back. "Well... you said you had another day of selling your figures, so that will give time to pack." he gingerly took his cup off his head, and placed carefully between his hooves he took a long sip. After placing a mouthfull of the mini marshmallows in the cocoa he added, "I don't mind the extra company."

The pegasus nodded. Turning to their new unicorn companion he added, "You're more than welcome to join us. We will probably be leaving after lunch, if that gives you enough time to prepare."

Sherlock gave it some thought and nodded. "Yes, that should be plenty of time," he replied, thinking about what to pack. "I don't have that much to bring, so it shouldn't be that difficult."

Ladybug looked up at Swamp. "Um... Can I come?" she asked, shy and timid as her sister at the moment. "We'd have to ask my mom and dad though... But I'd really like to see my big sister sooner, I haven't seen her in a very long time and I really want to..."

Swamps couldn't resist those pleading filly eyes. "I don't see why not. I'm sure it won't be that difficult to talk to your parents about it." He had already been looking at Frost during his last spoken line. As if pleading on the filly's behalf. He added, "Right, Frost good buddy."

His friend just chuckled warmly and replied, "Sure. In fact, when we have finished drinking our warm liquid treat, we'll drop her off and have a word with her parents." The earth pony clapped his hooves approvingly and then downed his cup in a single gulp. Frost meanwhile addressed Sherlock again, "Shall we leave you to pack then? We can meet again same place we did today after lunchtime tomorrow. We should be ready to head out by then."

The earth pony looked thoughtful for a moment, tapping a hoof to his chin. The pony waiting on their table came and started collecting mugs of those who finished as Swamps started to recall, "That was an interesting little adventure. I actually heard about this one from Rarity. As Fluttershy is too modest to tell much about it. It started with a day at the spa when Rarity asked Fluttershy if she'd model a new hat she had designed to show off to Photofinish. Fluttershy with her helpful nature of course couldn't refuse her friend. And who would've thought that the fashionista pony saw something in her that made her want Fluttershy to be her model. Next thing she knew she was on advertisements of all kinds in all places. At first she didn't mind it, and her friend was happy for her. But they both realized it wasn't what either really wanted."

Swamps smiled warmly and ruffled the little filly's mane gently with one of his big hooves. "My lips are sealed." He then turned to Sherlock, "What Ladybug said. Rarity was so disappointed that her designs were over shadowed by Fluttershy's fame, and Fluttershy was so distressed about never getting even a moment's peace, but, neither pony knew about how the other felt. So for the longest time, neither said anything about it. Fluttershy modeled, and Rarity cheered her on from the shadows. Until they went to their friend, Twilight Sparkle. They told her how troubled the ordeal made them, but also made promised not to tell anypony." He stopped a momment to chuckle at the irony at just making a promise to Ladybug only moments ago. He then took a breath, and continued, "Twilight kept her word, and waited for both ponies to just come out and tell each other already. Fluttershy didn't want to share her feelings, so to spare Rarity hers, she and Twilight Sparkle came up with a plan to make her look... well, not so graceful when on the stage. Although that much of the plan was a success, Rarity feeling the same about her friend, couldn't let Fluttershy be embarrassed like that, and managed to make her walk look good. But soon both ponies were talking to Twilight Sparkle again, this time together, behind stage. Twilight didn't say a word of the secrets she held, but she didn't have to. Before anypony knew it, the two friends were blurting out what they had been holding in for so long. And with relief, Fluttershy resigned from the bustle of modeling."
