That is all. Except that irony is, at its very core, a conflict...a breakdown of logic. Not increased honesty. I think the quote implies that honesty is revealed, like concealed truth made more obvious, you know? Not increased. xD Anyway, it can have a number of meanings but that's the meaning it gave to me when I heard it. lol

I view the current trolls (both of whom USED to be tremendous members of this site), as being nothing more than temperment-prone 3-year-olds--who, if they don't get what they want, when they want it, cause a scene until they get it. Except they're worse: if their mommy doesn't get them a toy, they make SURE they get their mommy fired from work, or at least get her co-workers. If even THAT doesn't work, they set the house on fire, call the police and tell them lies about their mommy, or do something else that's completely ridiculous. THAT'S how I view this, and one needs only to use a small bit of their imagination to replace all those I mentioned above with the appropriate names and people. I just find it COMPLETELY amazing, that the top two trolls right now are the very ones who kept saying that trolls need to get a life--NOW what do they say? It's for fun? Wow, if THIS is fun, I wonder what Disney World would be.

However, for the sake of not stirring the pot anymore than I will be accused of having done, I will leave that one at that.)

^ Basically what Skul said, but in a lighter tone. I'm sure NYBF and Lucario just want to make the site better (for everyone or for them, not sure). And I'm also sure they had good intentions. But they did it in a completely disgustingly inappropriate manner that, as Skul stated, a 3-year-old would think of. Both NYBF and Lucario were amazing members, nonetheless. I respected both of them for their dedication and hard work to this site. I don't know what exactly they did to get de-modded or banned or whatever, but how they reacted was downright...unbelievable. I remember back when the trolling first started, that people were thinking the troll was NYBF, and I thought, "No way. NYBF is the nicest person and would never, in a million years do a thing like that." Apparently I was wrong People just get angry when they don't get their way, it happens to everyone at some point and any degree. And I guess being de-modded, on this site anyway, means that whoever did it, never appreciated the hard work you did, and was just "using" you for whatever reason. I'm sure THAT'S not true. I see it as giving someone else a chance to show their stuff, and maybe follow in your footsteps. Not everything lasts forever, unfortunately. Remember, it's okay to be angry about these things, I mean, who wouldnt be angry? But just letting it go and trying to solve the problem in a mature manner, is the best way to react. I admit, I wanted to be a mod. But I wanted it for the wrong reason: for popularity. Now I realize that being a regular member is NOT the end of the world, because believe it or not, members DO contribute to the sites! Look at fan arts, fan fics, and images. Even a simple COMMENT; it's your own creation, and it's part of the site for everyone to see. About 90% of the people here are members, if it wasn't for us, AS would NOT be as popular as it is now. It's members that make the sites, and mods just HELP members make the sites. Site Builders...well they literally make the sites xD. Being popular isn't everything. As long as you contribute using creations of yours, and you have fun, that's all that should matter. Ok, I'm done with my rant!

BS was hacked a month or so back but the hacker left a trail less subtle than a hurricane and all fingers pointed to former mods of this site that had been wronged in one way or another and ragequit/got the banhammer as a result - notably NYBF and Lucario - and they held the site and the accounts of members to ransom and threatened Steet with it. Steet revamped the staff and things have gone quiet but the culprits are still hacking - even if it's obvious we know who they are - and are locking topics, hacking accounts and randomly banning people/deleting accounts. Because at one point, they were so mature and branding members who did not agree with them or their friends trolls. I love it when hypocrisy and irony comes to light with this site.

I might add that many members are banding together to finally understand the real problems here, rather than glazing over them or blaming the wrong people (or trying to deny the problem exists altogether). And even one or two who left with that group are now coming back to the fold, and seem to want to help steet. Including Kaizer, who knows a good deal about combating trolls. Especially THESE trolls.

I wouldn't mind but they aren't even trolls. Trolls do things for the lulz, these 'trolls' are just butthurt mods who got the book thrown at them.
