This was a King Of The Jungle untill Disney realized that lions don't like in the jungle xP

Wrong. It WAS called "King of the Jungle" before it was title The Lion King. It's on the 1995 Laserdisc release. The "King of the Jungle" was the version wherein they still had Mheetu in the story. Mheetu was cut out soon after this and some time later apparently they changed the title when realized that lions don't live in the jungle...
I also heard that when watching something on ABC about the 10 best animated disney films. (TLK of course being at number one) which really supprised me. Idk I mean the saying "King Of The Jungle" is very common, but I'm really glad they went with TLK cuz it sounds more creative and are I say.. reagal? :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I would have loved to see Mheetu in the movie :cyclops:

Well , good job they didn't keep King of the Jungle, because I like TLK much more :D A couple of the old scripts I read were name King of the Beasts, but didn't have Mheetu in them, so King of the Jungle's probably an even earlier version? Lions don't really live in jungles anyway XD Oh, and if Simba was supposed to be white, then I'm glad they changed it. Kimba fans are so hard and protective on this subject...why??

And it is VERY different to the finished product. Just goes to show you how much movies can change when in production, huh?
