Maurice LaMarche was in both Balto II and III, he didn't really live up to the roll to me, in an all honest opinion, but he was, uhhhhh, O.K.
In the end it's Kevin Bacon! That guy is awesome, he knows how to do great voice overs and act!

Definitely Kevin Bacon. You can't beat the original! Plus he made Balto seem to have more of a personality and more enthusiastic.
