Don't most browsers have a font option for viewing a web page. I know I.E. does and I think Fire Fox does too. It has smaller, medium and larger font,. or something like that.

Yes, but using these options often break the design of the site. It's not really recommend, or at least you should get back to the default setting while gettiing to another site.

Steet, remenber that the problem of the fonts is a problem of my equipament, if for all another users the text size are fine, i just have to accept it how it are now.

The biggest suggestion for security i can think of is drop the html and make it in php.
Why would you say?
As a programmer and webdesigner i noticed THE ENTIRE SITE HAS ITS PAGES IN HTML and i DOWNLOADED THE ENTIRE SITE with all its 6319 links and i dont think for security this is good.
Because everybody will find out your scripts design methods or worse make a image site with viruses and such (happened on http://www.battleon.com) and this is not good in my opinion.
PHP is better because instead of showing its code it runs it so people cant download (at least not noobs) the entire site.
If you want to find out how i did it send me a mail (steet nobody else) and i will tell you the exact means how i did it.
Dont worry i am peaceful i only cloned your site for offline use i dont need the codes nor the graphics (lol have photoshop and xara webstyle 4 what more do i need?)

hmmm my netspeed is kinda big if i managed to download 100mb of content like a open book and in just 10minutes.

I finally found out what those "bonus" links where.
I downloaded like a moron forgeting that when i use that method i download the entire links section including photobucket and other images from free image hosts so a lot of links and stuff where from other sites ***** this html thing is weaker than i thought.
I recomend changing it to PHP and using some better security scripts.

You were fooled by the URL rewriting. It is a method used much with the php sites, to make the search engines believe that the site is in html and not php. So it changes the URL, and instead of "balto.php?id=3" you get "balto-id-3.html". Then the server do the translation.
Why? Because the search engines don't like the parameters. Usually, like google, they don't index pages that have more than 2 parameters, so now I don't have this restriction anymore.
I also use the URL rewriting on the forums...

EDIT: I'm glad to see that the site works fine with Opera...because I never tested it on that navigator. And BTW, I don't know the exact number of pages on my site (because most of them are generated automatically with the php/mysql), but google has around 500 pages indexed. (so there are at least 500 pages)

Lol i always use Opera and about the php thing i think that your html rewriting isnt so normal because my php sites that i uploades for testing i made impossible to download and usualy php sites cant be downloaded.
This is probably a html site with php elements because i can guarantee that php sites cant be downloaded the easy way that i used.
And anyway ok as nobody knows the method and i have a offline version of your site (if you dont mind) and everybody is happy.
PS at the end i found aproximately 49852 pages (downloaded the forum as well) and some other sites that are in german lol.

You downloaded the whole site? N/o, but may I ask, why? Is it just something you do for fun? Anywho, how do you make a php site that is not downloadable? I don't understand. lol

I used a program that cloned your site with all its links to my computer in a certain directory chosed by me.
For a site like index.php (not index.html) the program doesnt let you download the program only run it and the data remain in your server.
But in html which was designed in 1992 it cant protect itself from such cloning attempts.
But PHP which was started in 1994 and was open source (constantly improved by fans) it had better tehniques and doesnt let you view the code, only run it.

I don't think you're making your sites only in php, you must use HTML. And the only code that is available to people is the HTML code, not the php one. All you get when "downloading" the site is the result of what the server give when it execute the php code. But you don't get the php code itself. So the most important code is safe. (if you got the php code, you could for example get the login and password for connecting to the database)
PHP is the complementary of the HTML, they are much different. When making a PHP site, you must use both. PHP itself can't replace the HTML code which is the only one a navigator can understand.

I did get another mysql database in my PC.
Dont know and anyway doesnt matter because i just used the magic words "Drop Database xyz;" so nothing to worry about.

HTML code that is mixed with PHP (And JavaScript btw) doesnt prove secure the best is to make your page php (change from .html to .php and try home to see if the codes work ok (they should) and then upload this version and i will give you the prog to try and download your site nd see if it works)
Usually you are right many pages in sites are html with php, javascript, flash elements but from what i seen to make index.html to index.php isnt such a hard thing (if the codes arent compatible with the file change than you have a problem) and its more secure because when such a program starts to download if it has a php-only page (the extension makes the difference) .

If this program only download .html files and not .php files, it seems completly stupid...Because it wouldn't download anything on the sites that have a .php extension to their files then.
I'm not sure that you understood what I said : all the files on the site are in php extension. But, the server put a html extension when displaying the page, that's all. Take the forums here as example, it is exactly the same. Many professional websites use URL rewriting nowadays, so I really doubt there is any security problem. It's just a change of extension, or URL change, nothing more : the files are the same.

Even if its a little strange usualy servers dont change php extensions and keep it.
And instead of html its blank no extension thats how i know it works but probably you can hide the html and make it a little harder to notice.

i had already run this by you, but since no one has reached 5 stars... when they do, they should be called alfa wolf or something. It definately goes with it, since theyve achieved a lot.
