"It's no use!" Sango called over her shoulder. Kagome followed with Shippo.

The demon watched as Inuyasha crashed into the hut. "What is the meaning of this?!"

Inuyasha pulled out his blade, Tetsusaiga instantly transforming. "What are you doing here, demon?" He snapped.

The old demon squinted his eyes at first, having a hard time getting a good look of Inuyasha. "I build wepons here."

Inuyasha slightly lowered Tetsuaiga, confused, but the scowl never left his face. "Eh? Here? What are you talking about?"

The others then managed to catch up.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome shouted.

"What's going on?" Sango added.

Shippo winced at the demon.

Miroku defensivly pulled out his staff in case it would be needed.

The demon glanced at the other intruders. "Your friend attacked me," He said in his old tired voice.

The group exchanged confused glances. "Friend?" asked Kagome. "Who?"

"What the heck are you talking about?!" snarled Inuyasha.

The older demon took out a sword, "The dog demon right here.."

Kagome glanced around. "Are you referring to Inuyasha?"

"yes."

There was a short pause. "Keh!" shouted Inuyasha a moment later. "Building weapons or whatever else, you're going down!"

The demon was suprised by this, but all he said was, "Alright. Try it."

Inuyasha broke out into a grin, clutching Tetsusaiga. "No problem!" he shouted. "Wind scar!"

The demon took out a oldish looking shield and held it in front of him. It had a shard in it, a jewl shard. The shield blocked Inuyasha's attack.

"N....nani?!" Inuyasha stammered in disbelief.

Kagome narrowed her eyes at the demon's shield. She sensed something emanating from it...could it be a jewel shard?

Before she could say anything, Sango jumped into the fight. "Hiraikotsu!" she screamed, thrusting the gigantic boomerang-like weapon at the demon, trying to get around the shield.
