Mattimeo crept quietly through the freshly snow covered forest, his paws not making a single sound. He walked with his head low, knowing he could be easily seen suring the day. There was someone new here; he'd been here long enough to tell the new scent. He growled lowly and prowled nearer to the animal. He watched her, standing at the edge of the treeline. He peered over to his left to see Reese. God, not him again. He thought. Mattimeo had been having a bad morning. Sometimes being a high ranking officer/warrior had it's downs. He was selected to be the night guard (as always) and the big blizzard wore him out. Then, he was chosen to go do rounds of their territory to check for intruders. He padded quietly over to a couple feet behind Reese to see what he was looking at. He lowered his head at the sight as a small growl emmited from his throat.

Faolan padded after Reese, he hated blizzards. He wish he could just stay in a den all day, but sighed. "Gotta do what a betas' gotta do." He grumbled. As he saw Reese lay down in the snow he growled to himself. Idiot! he thought Lying down on the job! then he saw why. A small figure was wandering about in the snow, from here he couldn't make out what it was. He quickly dropped down into the snow, he just wished he had better camoflauge.

That day Akira was supposed to go with Faolan, and the warriors of the pack Reese and Mattimeo to check the borders. But she decided they will do it fine without her. That day she was feeling really strange, kinda depressed, and especially with the blizzard that caught them. So she thought she will go alone to check the other border that wasn't as far from the den. She padded slowly, feeling soft and cold snow under her paws. She then noticed a trap, placed on the ground, nearby one pine tree. Trap was hidden pretty well under snow and branches, but she could still see it. Akira lowered her head, remembering her past life that has been haunting her. She knew about humans more than any wolf, and after all that time she still didn't feel as wolfish as she should be. The only thing she couldn't believe was that there are people who want kill them, wolves, instead of saving and feeding them, like her past owners did.

She shook her head from her thoughts, trying to concentrate. Their territory wasn't all that big, but the endless border checking, leading and stuff often made her very tired, especially because she wasn't used to wolf pack life from her birth, unlike most of others. But she would have done anything to prove herself to Alphas and her packmates.

Akira looked around, and saw a hare running by. She could've easily caught it, but she was feeling hungry, nor she wanted to run after some kind of an animal. Soon enough she reached the border, and looked around. It was safe, no tresspassers or anything. She walked a bit further, then headed back to the den. This day surely wasn't the happiest or most interesting one in her life.

Polo: He looked around and walked farther. The untamed dead leaves blew freely upon the ground. Dancing and sharing secrets that only leaves would know. Polo looked over at Jasmine who had grew up with him. He stood kind of away from her because he knew that her heart beats were calling his name. He did love her like a sister and protected her like one too. He sat down but soon lept to his feet and ran forward he barked a deep bark that echoed. He soon came to something that looked like a little girl. She was stuck in a freezing lake and was drowning. Polo barked and padded back and forth. He whined and leapt in after her. He pulled her to the shore and shook off his coat. He brought her many miles to a small town where she was soon taken to the hospital. He came back in the path of a pack. Jasmine was beside him as always.

Jasmine: Her beautiful white coat blew gently in the breeze as her eyes glimmered in response to the suns gleam. She was always doing things to impress him 24-7. She got to close one warm, sticky night in a room of their owner's home and he snapped at her. She knew to keep her distance but to still stay with him. She was slowly begining to not love him that much. To see him as a brother.

Mattimeo huffed and snapped at Reese.
"What the crap do you think you are doing??! Leave it alone Reese. Or kill it. Choose." He growled, looking down apon the lump of fur.

Reese jumped at the sound of Mattimeo behind them making his fur stand up on his neck. Reese looked back at the black wolf and narrowed he's eyes at Mattimeo. He also looked to his left to see the beta farther off, who must have seen what the animal Reese was looking at. Reese sighed, and turned toward Mattimeo and breathed quietly trying not to wake the animal, "I'm not going to kill her nor leave her alone, I mean look at her. She's can't do any harm to us. She's twice as small as us and we both could take her down fast if she was an emeny. I bet she was caught in that strom last nigh," Reese said looking down at the animal, "Maybe we can take her back to the pack for alittle bit?" Reese suggested.

Faolan herd Mattimeo snap at Reese. He growled to himself Who's a higher rank? he thought I'll talk to him about it later he decided. He had his eyes fixed on the small animal. He swiftly padded up to stand beside Reese and Mattimeo. "We don't have to kill it Mattimeo," Faolan growled, "We just chase it off, and it won't come into our terriotry again."
