"Wait." Kala surprised herself with her plea but, for some reason she was unable to fathom at that moment, she didn't want this to be the last time she saw Rasul, selfish as it was.
"W-Will I see you again?" she asked tentitively. Her emerald eyes locking on his blue. "I...uh...like talking with you."

"Wait" Rasul heard Kala calling him, as he had just turned around to leave, and then he turned back towards her, quite surprised at her words, but also glad to hear she wanted to see him again.
"Yeah, of course" he said, and his face turned into a charming smile.
"I'll come back... I couldn't stay away from such a beautiful lioness forever" Rasul promised, winking his left eye at Kala, with a charming smile, and then he turned around, and dashed off away from Pride Rock.

Kala watched Rasul's retreating form sadly although he had promised that he would see her again. What's more, he had called her 'beautiful'. He thought she was beautiful. Coming from the other pride members it didn't mean that much, beauty came from the inside she always replied...but when Rasul said it...she felt th blood surge to her cheeks.
"Kala?" Kala raised her head at her sister's voice.
"Coming!" she called, glancing one more in the direction Rasul had disappeared before climbing bck up Priderock to her pride.

Rasul slowly walked back home, with his head lowered and eyes gazing into his paws. Whenever Kala came to his mind, he felt like he was walking on air. He had fallen heads over heels in love with Kala, but how could he ever tell her about his feelings? How coud he ever get to be together with her, if her father found out about a rogue being in love with his daughter? All these thought drifted through Rasul's mind, making him almost insane thinking about them, but he shook his head and cleared his thoughts, and now he finally arrived home.
"Rasul! Where have you been again??" he heard his father's cold toned voice calling from a cave, and now he stopped and sighed.
"I was just on a walk, father. Do I have to explain everything to you?" Rasul said with annoyed tone in his voice, when a darker grey lion stepped from the den.
"That's right. All you ever do is wander around, with your head in clouds. When are you going to do something with your life?" Kwanza snorted, and walked away. Rasul sighed, he was to tired to care about his father's insults right now. He sat down on the ground, lifting his head and gazed up in the morning sky, as a small warm breeze blowed into his mane.

(We could do more sub-plots, like one with the Enzi/Jia/Asali because I'm too lazy to think exactly how Enzi went from loving Asali to loving Jia or we could do one with Zira and Kwanza)

(All righty! You be Zira, do I don't have to do this solo XD)
Kwanza walked away from his home den, when he was stopped by his mate's voice calling:
"Kwanza? Where are you going?" and then a brown lioness, Rasul's mother Tabita walked out of the den.
"Oh, I was just going for my morning walk, dear" Kwanza said, with a sweet voice, which he pretty much only used for his mate.
"It's quite early for a walk... but, never mind. Just go if you feel like" Tabita said smiling, and went back into the den. Kwanza continued, and made his way towards the Outlands. There, on a quite large rock, a lionesse's figure was awaiting for him.

The lioness was non-other than Zira, former mate of Scar, a supposedly dead lioness. Her fall to hr 'death' had taken a toll on the lioness, she had a permanant limp in her left back paw. She raised herhead at Kwanza's approach and a smirk carved itself on her features.
"Ah, Kwanza," she cooed mockingly "Come to py your old friend a visit?"

Kwanza's face turned into a nasty smile when he saw Zira, and he now stopped and sat down beside the rock she was standing on. He observed the lioness for a moment, and began to smile even wider.
"Hello, Zira. Looking lovely as always" he said with a sly tone in his voice and raised an eyebrow, with a smile.

"Flattered as I am, I believe we have buisness to discuss." Zira replied "Unless you have other plans that need seeing too. I believe I heard your mate, Tabita am I right?"
Zira's tail flicked from side to side as she addressed Kwanza, her crimson eyes gleamed like the eyes of some demon from hell. She quickly stood and leapt agilely off the rock she had been laying on.

"You're right, we do" Kwanza replied, lifting an eyebrow, and quickly glanced back at the direction of his home den. Then, he turned back towards Zira.
"And you don't have to worry about my mate. She believes I'm on my regular morning walk" he continued with a smile and chuckled quietly.

Zira's smirk seemed to grow "Your mate is far too trusting of you, my friend." Zira said "But that is beside the point, I believe I have a good opening for us to take the throne."
Zira's crimson eyes flicked to the Kwanza's cave and then back to him again and added
"And I believe your son may help further or caue."
