What if Scar was the chosen one to begin with?
What if Zazu wasn't knocked out during the stampede?
What if Mufasa and Simba survived the stampede?
What if Nala hadn't found Simba?
What if Nala found another pride?
What if Simba couldn't find his way back to the Pride Lands?
What if the hyenas wern't the ones who finished off Scar?
What if Scar died on his own before Simba returned?
What if Scar hadn't mated with Zira?
What if they had Kopa in SP after all?
What if Kiara hadn't wandered onto the border of the Pride Lands and met Kovu?
What if there wern't any other lions around when Simba finds cub kiara and Kovu playing and finds Zira stalking them?
What if Simba wasn't there and it was just Zira?^
What if Mufasa and Sarabi were in SP?
What if Kiara/Kovu died in the fire?
What if Nala wasn't around at all and it was just Simba?(both movies)

Lol indeed. I like the one of when there were no other lionesses when Simba saw Kiara and Kovu :D probaly Zira would taked her chance and killed him and Kiara.

What if Vitani didn't turn over to the Pridelanders?
What if Mheetu was added into the first movie, and saw Scar kill Mufasa?

@Celtic:Hey,that's a good one! Nobody could have thought about that! So..i probaly think the hyenas would have eated her. And then Simba could have runned away.Scar would be mad at the hyenas for paying no attention to Simba.Sarafina would cry,Mufasa would be very dissapointed at his son for let them kill Nala.

What if Scar was older than Mufasa?
What if Simba was Scar's son?
What if Simba didn't run away from the Pridelands?
What if Simba was never meant to be king?
What if Mufasa and Sarabi had another cub who was older than Simba?

This is all I can think of, I'll soon post more :D

what if it was kimba not simba ? and yep . it would stink if TLK never existed.
