all a person has to do is read the bible to know that end of the world predictions are crap, only GOD knows when the end will come.

Matthew 24:35-44 (King James Version)

It's really sad that this is the only way some people can get attention...who really comes up with this stuff anyway?

^ Apparently the Mayan calendar runs out the day the world is supposed to "end". So ya know, that means it has to end! xD Not sure who the original person to go spouting that stuff was, though.

Imo the "religious" crap should probably be removed, it's just begging for someone to start something about it.

The world will end when there are no more world-ending theories...

Apparently the world ends on May 21st, 2011. According to one man who predicted it would end back in 1994 and well we are still here. I dont know about you but when the 21st roles around I plan on having a good laugh

That was just mentioned above...But like I've said, it's all just fake, it sounds to me like Apple is trying to make some money.

What on Earth links the world "ending" in two days time to Apple trying to make money?

Third dumbest theory I've ever heard for this.

Here's the three reasons it makes that:

1) He says you can link it to that date from the Bible. Matthew 24, 36 has Jesus outright say only God knows when it'll happen and no one knows the day or the hour. So...just how do you get the day and the hour our of the same Bible that says that is impossible to predict.

2) He tried THE SAME EXACT THING in 1994 and (checks pulse) we're still alive! If one doesn't destroy his credibility, this does.

3) The Bible was written centuries ago when we didn't have the same time schemes we have today. How can it predict times which DID NOT EXIST?! (reason this is third is one could argue omnisentience, but still, good arguement)

And at least one person whose making the posters and stuff is TRYING TO SELL A BOOK...which to my knowledge comes out on the 21st!

2012 is my top stupidest, as neither the Mayan Calander or Nostradomis says the world ends on that date, in fact Nostradomis outright SAID none of his predictions were of the end of the world. In addition to pretty much all the listed above.

All that guy is doing is trying to scare people into quitting their jobs so that he gets THEIR MONEY, that's all this is about, money. I looked it up on YouTube, and he has done just that. It has happened, people have given up their homes and jobs. People like that need to be thrown in jail, I mean SERIOUSLY. That's pure fraud.
