"OK. Notice anything different about me?" Kristena asked her mate, turning around to one side, then the other.

Balto: "Yes i do." Nuzzles her

Phali: "Balto i'm going to get some deer."

Balto: "Ok Phali."

I'm going to do a little 2 week time skip This is after pups are born.

2 WEEKS LATER...
Kristena lay in the cave, 6 puppies suckling at her sides. She looked down and smiled at them.
"So beautiful..." She whispered, nuzzling them. She licked each one on the head.

Balto: Walks up to Kristena "They are beautiful Kristena." Nuzzled her. "Just like you"

Kristena licked Balto back. "And you too..." She said. "Now, I have three names picked out. How about you?" She asked.

Balto: How about Tyson, Sari, Dexter." Pointing at the 3 that where not named yet.

"All right. That leaves the three girls. Jessica, Faolan and Rylee." She said, licking the runt as she said her name (Rylee's the runt. Jessica's the oldest and Faolan is the middle puppy.)

Another skip when they are able to walk and are very playful (6 weeks old)

Balto & Phali: Both playing with the puppys along with kristena

Steele:: Angel keep up. The last thing I wanna do is loose something I could Mat-, could help me.
Angel:: Whatever. And I don't like you. At all.

Balto: lays down letting them jump on him

Phali: "Hehehe They like there papa."

All pups: Jump on phali

Phali: "Hey That tickles."

Tyson: Pulls on his ear

Phali: "Ahh, Hey tyson don't do that"

Tyson: "Sorry uncle."

Balto: gets up "Hey why don't we go to the beach play in the water."

Angel:: She sits down, she starts to groom herself, she is very very close to the pack.
Steele:: Keeps walking. Angel....

Angel:: Keep your fur on I'm coming! Geeze!
Steele:: I get the feeling you don't like me.

Angel:: Na. Where did you get that? Says it in a mean sarcastic way.
Steele:: Kept walking.

Phali?: Lets the pups get off of him they run toard the beach and start splashing in the water "Balto hang on a second. I hear voices and they don't sound familiar."

Balto: "Ok phali. Come on kristena."

Pups: play happly in the water

Phali: Sees 2 dogs and quickly bolts to the ground "Crap i think one of them saw me they where looking this way."

Angel:: She and her pups stop and look. around, the pups cower under her stomach. Angel holds one paw close to her stomach, she was about to put it down when she saw Balto.
Steele:: Keeps walking.

Phali: "Hmph" Goes back down the hill and starts running toard balto "Hey balto isn't steel a black and white dog? If so i just saw him walking away."

Balto: "Yea thats steel. Wonder what that dog is doing here back at nome."

Phali: "I also saw another dog with pups under her stomach."
