Well, that's my political agenda (more or less)... Some of these are based of arguements I've had with people in my government class.

Can we add a tax on people driving Smart Cars or Hybrid's? So that people driving real cars pay less on their fuel

Since there are a few people that'll probably have issues with it I'm spoilering it.

- Much harsher punishments for animal cruelty.
- Keep abortion legal.
- Throw vick in a jail cell and throw away the key.
- Lower the salary of the sports players. (Seriously, why should they get payed so much for throwing a bloody ball around)?
- Make all marriage legal, there's no reason it shouldn't be all ready.
- Put the loony religious freaks away.
- Get rid of all BSL.
- Require people that have pets to spay/neuter them & have strict punishments for backyard breeding.
- Buy out puppy mills.
- Make weed legal with regulations - like alcohol. (Really, do they know how much money is wasted throwing people that smoke that in jail? To dang much).
- Make it illegal to own a wild animal. (No more 'pet' foxes, wolves, skunks or anything like that. They belong in the WILD. No more 'wolf-dogs' either).
- Protect the environment.

Yahh... That works :D

I agree entirely with this. :D As well as stopping religious freaks for trying to run everyone's lives. -_-

I'd also say much harsher punishments for man, woman and child abuse - as well as murder, rape and pedophilia. No one should ever ever get away with such disgusting and immoral acts.

Well, I kind of asked why, because I don't really see how them protesting against gay rights is wrong, of course from what I heard, they could choose a better place and time to do it, but still, I wouldn't want to get killed, or pelted with garbage, or have heavy metal blasted in my ears because I don't support gay rights. Now that I think about it this, topic is becoming too political though, and could probably become an offensive thing for some.

While I do support gay rights, I think it would be best to avoid actually arguing any of the political topics that we bring up as part of what we would do. As long as we don't start arguing about them and making it into a big deal it should be okay just to mention them. Basically just say what you agree with, add your own list, and continue on with your life. ^-^

lol - many bands come from this country, does that mean I have to know them? Sure, Iron Maiden are pretty famous; but I have no interest in heavy metal, so I wouldn't know who he is.
