Name: Caden
Gender: Male
Age: 4 years
Personality: Caden has an alround kind personality, and he is completely against violence. He will only attack if the other dog hurts him or someone he cares deeply for. Caden tries to keep a postive attitude at all times because he has been so fortunate in life whic makes him believe that everything will always get better eventually. He tries to have fun with life and doesn't do well with tragedy because there has been so little of it in his life. He doesn't do well in very series situation unless they are about love, in which he seems to always know the perfect thing to say. He can be quiet the smooth talker, but that is the only time he seems to say the right thing at the right time. He isn't very good at comforting someone since he always seems to say the wrong thing, so he has stopped saying anything in those situations and prefers to comfort with soft touches and nuzzles.
Additional History: (Before He Met Kay) Caden was originally born in Ireland, where he was adopted by the owner of a small restaurant along with his sister. Caden and Cali were free to wonder around the small town of Rocommon, coming home every night to their master. That all changed in the a food critique gave the restaurant a perfect review and their master was offered the chance to start a line of eateries. Of course, their master said yes, and soon Caden and Cali moved to the United States. They traveled around the coastal states in the west, taking abandoned buildings and creating new restaurants. When Cale was three, his master was veru well of money wise, so he took a chance and moved up to Nome, Alaska with a cousin. There wasn't really a good place to open a new restaurnat in town, but it seemed like his dogs really enjoyed the new town. Caden and Cali stayed with the cousin while their master went back to California. After making Nome his permanent home, Caden decided to do some exploring. He was traveling through the woods when he came to a small pack of wolves, the same pack that would later capture him. This was before they were attacked, so the wolves were friendly enough to talk with Caden and form a small friendship. Not long after that, Caden met Kay (and you know what happened after that).
(After He Was Taken By The Wolves) When he was taken, Caden tried to reason with the wolves, hoping they would remember him. Finally, one of the older females recognized him as the kind dog that had come to their pack before. She convinced the others to let him stay in their den until he healed properly. Caden was already shaken up by the attack, and he grew increasingly nervous as the very dogs that had attacked him tried to heal his wounds. Caden was always being watched, so when the pack had a meeting to talk about their revenge on the other wolves who had killed their pups, Caden heared every word. The hate and distrust that the wolves felt was so strong that it started to rub off on Caden. When the wolves finally let Caden go, his mind was so full of their ideas that he couldn't just go back to the way he had been. He returned home, but didn't go to tell Kay that he was alright. Cali greeted him happilly, but could tell something was off. Cali went to talk to Kay, and found out that Caden hadn't even told her he was home. Cali really started to worry about her brother, so she brought Kay to him. Caden no longer trusts Kay and has it in his mind that she cheated on him when he was gone. (We can decide the rest later!)

Anileu. I guess what kinda threw me off is that he didn't have too much of a backstory. Like, you didn't know where he came from at the least. But his personality and design were top notch! I think you should also make him a new character!

Congrats, Black Rose. I can't say I'm not disappointed, but I am pleased you won 1st, really.

I would've loved to help with the fan-fic though....ah, well. I'll find another use for Nicko.
