Jeff Bergman has taken over as Fred Flintstone's VA since Gorden's death, I think he sounds a little closer to Alan Reed's version (he actually does a fair amount of good soundalike voiceovers, he filled in for most of Mel Blanc's characters during the early nineties) though his acting is a bit deadpan and unenthusiastic.
Actually, he's taken over by James Arnold Taylor as well, which sounds like a Henry Gorden duplicate.
I'm just saying that after Alan Reed died, it shoulda been Ed Gilbert voicing Fred; his voice sounds closer, imo.
Bergman still kinda does Fred, but in parody cutaways for Seth Mc Farlane's cartoons (it helps their work when they have official voiceovers for stuff they make fun of lol):

I can't imagine how Kit and Rebecca would look taking on a more animal-like form, though. Baloo can kind of go either way, but those other two are too slender.
Think about the other characters too, Wildcat, Don Karnage and his cronies.

It would be so weird

Not really sure if I was successful:
jungle-madness-t31316.htmlI don't think Kit really has a problem, his overall design and proportioning isn't humanized nearly as much, he actually reminds me Baloo's Jungle Cubs design. More humanoid characters like Becky may have a problem however.
Haven't done Wildcat, I found a decent attempt of the concept however:

My suggestion wouldn't be to basically remake Talespin in a Jungle Book setting anyway, just place in one or two characters that could assist with the story setup, sorta like what they did vise versa for the show (Talespin wasn't just anthro Jungle Book, the creator himself stated he only used the characters because they worked well with his concept overall). I personally think it would be cool if they found a way to translate Rebecca for example, I think she produces the most unique chemistry with Baloo and brings out traits and emotions for the show's incarnation that the Jungle Book incarnation lacks.
I think I may have deviated from the topic however, recently I watch 'The Incredible Shrinking Molly', funny episode and the last airing appearance of Kit and Molly (Rebecca herself only has cameos in the last two episodes following this) and thus the last one to really use the family dynamic the team had. The animation is probably Disney Of France's sloppiest work on the show, with floatier animation and occasional off model designs, but still a par above the usual studios (and maybe even Disney of Japan's work). It may be just me but the voice work sounds more emotional and wacky in this episode too (especially Rebecca). Oh and the one off character (guest voiced by Dan Castellanetta) is pretty funny too.
