"Ahh, exellent, exellent! How grand that you will both be parents." Said Volteer.
"Yes, it is quite good." Added Hunter.
Spyro smiled and happily returned the nuzzle, he was happy with Cynder's choice. 'What would it be like to be a father?' He thought to himself. He was happy that they were going to be the parents of the second black dragon in existence, but he was also happy that Cynder wouldn't be the only one. 'But even if she won't be the only black dragon anymore, she'll always be special.' Thought Spyro, finding it hard to wipe off the grin plastered on his face.
Suddenly a loud thud was heard out in the hall, and a young fire dragon came clumsily tumbling through the nursery enterance and stopped at Terrador's forepaws. He looked up with an embarrassed sort of grin. "I'm back." He said, standing up and shaking the dirt from his scales. "Just arrived. I spent the day in War Fang learning about heaps of things. Like the history of dragons, the history of the alliance between dragons and moles, new fire abilities, useful battle tactics..I think I'm on my way to being a guardian." He said.
"Hello there young Combustio. From what I just heard from you, you've been studying quite hard. Yet...You are nowhere near to becoming a guardian yet, you have a lot to learn." Said Volteer.

Terrador nodded. "Well, at least you're doing well, it's good you try and learn more about the duty you've been granted," he explained. "And these are Spyro and Cynder, you know who they are, I assume. They're adopting the Black Dragon egg we've been guarding."

Cynder smiled, though was suprised. "Hello, Combustio, is it?" she asked. "It's good to meet you."

"Combustio here is Ignitus' successor," explained Cyril. "He's presently being trained as the Guardian of Fire and is showing great promise in that respect."

OOC: Ok, edited in the bio, you may reconize her.

(Yeah, I recognise her)

"Pleased to meet you too, Spyro and Cynder." Replied Combustio. "Yes, my name is Combustio..But you can call me Bust or Buster if it's easier." He added.

(Sorry this is so short, I have to go to a friend's birthday)

Cynder nodded. "It's nice to meet you too." she said, but found herself looking kinda down. "Sorry...we were there when the previous Fire Guardian...died..." she said, showing sorrow as she looked to one Ignitus' statues. "He gave his life for ours...we'll never forget that...and I hope the dragons always remember his noble sacrifice."

Terrador nodded, then looked to Volteer. "Volteer, can you please go tell Ember Spyro and Cynder have arrived?" he asked in a whisper, wanting to keep the fact there was another survivor a suprise.

OOC: It's fine, I understand.

Ember jumpped. "They're here?!" she asked excited and dashed out of the room. She dashed into the nursery and skidded to a stop in front of Spyro and Cynder. "Hello!"

Cynder screamed, falling on her back in suprise. "Who are you?!" she asked, started.

"Spyro, Cynder, this is Ember." explained Terrador. "She's a dragon that also survived your Year of the Dragon, she and her parents rescently came to the new temple."

"Wait wait, I thought Ignitus said these two were the only eggs that made it," said Sparx. "So who is pinkie here still alive?"

"Well in all honesty it was her parent's choice," explained Cyril. "You see Ember's egg was spared because it was laid late, a few weeks after yours and Cynders, technically she's a different clutch of eggs...anyway, the point is, her egg never made it to the Dragon Temple before the raid, thus it wasn't there to be destroyed. Her parents, scared out of their witts by that happening, decided to hide out until Malefor's downfall and until the temple was completely rebuilt, so their daughter would have a safe place to live."

"I know who you are, Spyro." said Ember, somewhat dreamily, then caughter herself. "And Cynder too! You're both my heroes!"

"Hey! What about me?!" yelled Sparx, annoyed.

Cynder was a little...annoyed by how she'd said Spyro's name, but ignored it and smiled. "I'm glad we could inspire you...I hadn't done much in that respect until Spyro rescued me."

"Yeah, it's just so cool to be standing here with you! I've dreamed of this day!" said Ember, once more with a slightly dream tone, the last part directed mainly at Spyro.

Sparx rolled his eyes, seeing Ember had a crush on Spyro, but it was too funny not to watch.

Cynder gave a low growl, she didn't like the way this girl talked to Spyro, or the dreamy way she looked at him. But she didn't want to fight her, especially not here, in a nursery were eggs could be hurt. She shook off her anger. "Well I'm glad we have fans." she said. "Have you met Sparx? He was a big help too." she said, trying to divert Ember's attention from Spyro.

"Who?" asked Ember, looking confused, causing Sparx to look disappointed.

OOC: Oops, I thought I'd already replied, my bad...

Ember looked at Sparx. "Still doesn't ring a bell."

"Oh come on! I was with them through everything! The only two times I was away from them was when they got taken to be sacrificed to the Golem, wasn't my fault, and then when they went into the Ring of Fire, which I couldn't do!" said Sparx, throwing a fit.

Terrador nodded, seeing this as well. "Alright, Spyro, Cynder, follow me." he said, leading the way.

"It's fine, young dragon." said Terrador. "Ember was a bit...overeager, but can you blaim her for having a crush on you? Afterall, you did save the world." he said. "I know how it feels though, the Guardians typically have many crushes on them due to our position."

"So it's like hero worship pretty much?" asked Cynder. "Well, can't blaim her," she said, nuzzling Spyro. "Spyro is cute afterall."

Spyro blushed slightly as he returned the nuzzle, he hadn't been called 'cute' too many times in his life and it was slightly embarrassing but he was fine with it.
