Alrighty, Well does anyone want to start? Theyre all at lunch at school right now.

(I'll do it. Please forgive me if my post is not the best quality...I'm winging it. No pun intended.)

Amaya's amber eyes flashed as the bell rang. The piercing, jangling tones ripped through the air, almost making her wince. Her ears were fairly sensitive, but that was just an unique trait; it didn't have to do with her "other" side at all. As the atmosphere grew electric, she stood, radiating her peers' pleasure. Next up was lunch.

Amaya soon found herself weaving her way through the crowd. She silently thanked the fact she was slim; Amaya didn't see how the bulkier people made it to class everyday.

Panting lightly, she soon reached the cafeteria. Her stomach was persistently growling and complaining. Her heart beat faster than normal humans, granting her more energy. It had the downside of forcing her to eat more calories than the normal human though.

Eyeing the long line, Amaya let loose a deep sigh. Even though only minutes had passed, it was already quite lengthy. The were slid into line, discreetly cutting a group of rambunctious football players. She could smell their sweat, and wrinkled her nose in distaste.

'This is going to be a long wait,' she thought, as the line slowly shuffled forward.

Ciara sat with her things packed up by her side, waiting fo rthe bell to ring. She couldnt wait to get out to the lunch area, the big beautiful trees that surrounded the area where they ate after getting their lunch reminded her of the woods. She looked up at the clock just as the bell rang. The rinnging was loud, and hurt her ears, but sh ewas used to the irritating sound.

She walked through the large crowd as quickly as possible, looking for Amaya on her way. She got into the cafeteria and almost immidiatly saw Amaya. Ciara jogged up to her and tapped on her shoulder.

"Hello Amaya! How was class?" she said in her strong Irish accent. Amaya was one of Ciaras best friends, who she loved like a sister.

Brian was already up and out of the class room by the time the bell rang. He was Mrs. Catsnei's (the english teacher) favorite student, so he was always let out early. There were very few people who didnt like Brian, he was very poular, but kind at the same time. Some of his best friends were the geeky nerds who popular people usually didnt like.

Brian made his way out to the grassy eating area. He usually brought his own lunch, but today he didnt feel like eating at all. He sat down at a table by the biggest tree and waited for his friends.

Smoothing down the creases, Collin completed his paper airplane and raised it just above shoulder-height. He was sitting at his seat in class, bored and waiting for the bell to ring. Controlled by complete boredom he threw the paper airplane across the classroom. Unfortunately the fans were on and they blew the paper airplane right into Mrs. Rogers' (the maths teacher) hair, which was tied back in a neat bun. She quickly whipped around with a furious look in her eyes, some of the students were smirking because the airplane was still stuck in her hair. The mad maths teacher slowly lowered her glasses and gave them all a cold glare. "Who threw that?" She asked slowly.

There were a few whispers around the classroom as they all tried to figure out who had thrown the paper airplane until finally, all eyes were on Collin. "Collin Lynch, I want to speak with you after class..."

The bell rang at that moment, and all of the students except Collin hurried to get out of the classroom and away from the angry teacher. Collin gulped as he approached Mrs. Rogers, who was still glaring at him. "Sit." She commanded, and Collin sat in the nearest chair. He had a feeling he was going to be a while.

Finally after a boring lecture, Collin was allowed to go to lunch. He went to his locker, grabbed his lunch, and headed out to the grassed area where Brian sat. "Hey Brian." He said in a light Australian accent, not at all too heavy, and the best thing was he never said 'Gday' or 'mate'. Of course he'd let slip a little bit of Australian slang every now and then like 'Aussie' or 'Barbie (which is Australian slang for Barbeque)'. Collin sat down next to his friend and rested his chin on his knees. "Seen the others yet?" He asked. "Sorry I was a bit late out by the way. I threw a paper airplane and it hit Mrs. Rogers...I got another one of her darn boring lectures..Something about respect and not throwing stuff at teachers." He added.

Raven tapped her foot as quietly as possible while waiting for the class to finish. When the ringing started banging against her ear drums, she got up slowly. Although she was hungry like everyone else, unlike everyone else, she wasn't in a hurry. She was pretty smart at times. She knew that the lunch line at first would be crowed beyond its limit. By waiting 'till a bit after the rush ended, she could basically zip through the line.

And that's exactly what she did. After grabbing lunch and going through the line, she stood outside looking for a table. The other weres (even though she didn't know they were like her) had been in their own table. She wanted to join them, since they seemed the friendliest out of the sea of shallow teenagers, but was unsure if they'd accept here. Therefore, she just sat in an empty table alone. She didn't exactly like being alone, but many times it seemed her only option.

Brian looked at Collin as he approached. "Hey" he nodded, not truly caring about whether or not his friend got in trouble. It was not like him to be so uncaring, but he looked around and had noticed Raven sitting alone. "Hold on a sec..." he said as he got up and walked over to her.Brian felt bad to see a perfectly "lovable" person sitting all on their lonesome.

"Hey, why are you all alone lass? Are you new here?" he asked sitting by her and putting a hand on her shoulder as if to comfort her. He hoped that he didnt make her feel awkward with this motion, but he decided to wait for her response. "If you want, you can come sit with me and my good friend Collin over there." he offered the pretty girl.

It didn't take Raven long to realize someone had come up to her while she was thinking sad thoughts. She turned to him and gave a smile when she heard his accent. It was cute. She also smiled when he asked her to join them. Pulling a few strands of jet black hair behind her ears, she looked up at him with her rainbow colored eyes and said, "Yeah, I'm new. I just didn't know if anyone would want me in their table... but you're very nice. I'd love to sit with you guys." She took his hand on her shoulder as a sign of comfort and didn't really find it all that awkward.

As she got up with her lunch, slowly, she asked, "Are you sure I can sit with you two? It won't be a bother?" Her smile faded. Many times she had been rejected from sitting with others. It was one of the many disadvantages of being different. She hoped, though, that this group of kids would be different.

Collin gave a friendly smile. "Hi there, I'm Collin." He introduced himself to the girl who had came over with his friend Brian. He looked into her eyes and realised they were an unusual colour. "You have unique eyes, kinda like my friends and I." He observed, but intended for it to be a comment as well. Collin had russet eyes that were a bit more on the red side, it reminded one of a wolf's eyes. 'Where are the others anyways...? He thought.

"Oh, hey Ciara!" Amaya greeted warmly. "A bit boring, but what else is new?" she added, a playful grin growing on her face. She opened her mouth to reply, but then caught a glimpse of Brian and Collin. And it looked like her friends were talking to someone else. "Huh," she muttered. "Ciara, do you know who that is?" she asked, turning once again to her friend while gesturing to the girl outside.

Raven was soon warmly greeted by what appeared to be Brian's friend. He seemed nice as well, so she smiled in return. "Nice to meet you Collin." He then complemented her eyes while at the same time comparing them to his and his friend's. With that statement in mind, she took a good look at Collin's russet eyes. They strangely reminded her of the eyes that would normally belong to some kind of animal... She quickly ran through the most common pets in her mind and decided his reminder her most like... a dog? No, they were more exotic than that. A wolf? That's what she chose it to be. When Collin came back, she studied his eyes as well and found that they too were exotic. She'd have to make a mental note of that.

OOC: Two things that are import

1:I am going to pause this rp for a little while, because im not going to be able to post.

2:Collins bio says his eyes are greyish-blue.

OOC: Mk, sounds fine with me (silently prays ya can come on soon and post cause I loves this RP XD). As for the second one, in the post it said russet/red, so....

ooc: Sorry XD I probably got him confused with a character in another roleplay.

OMG! I'm so sorry for never un-pausing this rp...I totally forgot about it...You guys think we could pick it back up where we left off?
