I'm actually quite proud of Indy's (my entry) designs and bio... ^^


Name: Indiana (Nickname: Indy)

Breed: husky/austalian shepherd/border collie/husky some labrador and a little wolf's blood

Parents: Felix and Iowa (Felicity x Jay Blades, per say, "adopt" him when he's adopted by Felicity's owners. Would you allow me to put that they're his adoptive parents?)

Siblings: Alma, Daeron, Jesse, others will added after contest

Mate/Crush: I have a few possibilities, but for now won't have one...

Personality: Indy is a generous gentelman. His was taught proper ettiquette and manners at an early age. Indy takes after his mother and has a sharp wit and a clever mind. Friendly and outgoing he prefers to be with at least a small group of other dogs if not a large crowd. He does not flirt as he waits to find the girl for him, but most girls like him for his sweet personality.

History: Indy had to be sold as a young pup because his mother, Iowa, didn't have enough milk for all of her pups. Felicity's young master Lucy and her parents adopted young Indy and took him to their warm inviting home. Felicity had just recently had her first litter of pups and was more than capable to feed one more pup. Felicity loved Indy immediately and she and Jay adopted him as one of their own pups. As Indy grew up he always thought of them as his parents and Jasper, Fern, and Francesca as his real siblings.

Indy began to enjoy hunting and herding and was trained by Felicity's master for these jobs since he had an interest. Each time he came back from a hunt he would proudly show off the deer, rabbits, and other animals that he helped catch to his parents. Felicity's master was very proud of him and gave him multiple gifts. Indy was known throughout Nome for his great hunting skills and for being a gentleman.

After Indy was a little over a year and a half old many girls began to take interest in him. Indy, being the proper gentleman, politely excused himself at times as he wanted to find the right girl for him. One day Felicity called Indy over while on a day out in town. When Indy came over he found a grey wolfdog with a look of joy and pride. Confused Indy didn't speak, but came to sit with Felicity. "Indy, I'd like to introduce you to your mother." Felicity told him. "Mom... I don't understand..." he replied politely. "She is your real mother. When she had you, she had to give you away because she didn't have enough milk to feed you. She wanted you to live and grow up to be a handsome young gentleman and I and Jay adopted you." Indy looked confused, but looked over at Iowa. "I'm so proud of you Indy. You've grown up to be the young man I wanted you to be. Felicity and Jay were the perfect parents for you and have done a wonderful job at raising you and teaching you."

Indy gets up and goes over to Iowa. Cuddling against her he tells her that he loves her, but also asks if it's a crime to also love Felicity, Jay, and their pups. He also wonders if it's a crime to still consider them his parents and siblings, even though he now knows his real parents. Iowa assures him that it's okay for him to love both his real and adoptive parents and that he can still call Felicity and Jay's family his family. Indy then visits his real parents on occasion throughout his life...

Felicity - She's the daughter of Kodi and Dusy. (I've checked according to Larkspur's family tree and figured out that the time/date would work perfectly.)
Jay Blades - The mate of Felicity. (Note: Jay Blades' owner's account was deleted, but I'm adopting him from her and will have his new page up soon.)

Animal Whisperer: I don't know if Larkspur would allow this thing with Felicity's heritage... but Indy would fit perfect in litter ( but have to say- I realy love Felicity x3)

Hmm... Do you think I should change it? One of the reasons for affiliating him with Felicity is that I'm trying to use my older characters more, and relate more of them to each other. (Friends from the same area, sled teammates, etc...) Thanks! ^^ If you want, I'd be more than willing to contact Larkspur here or on DA... (or you could do it if you wanted)

Animal Whisperer: of course you can change it also you can ask Larkie, but I think she won't allows- it's Cat's family tree, so I think she wouldn't allows it.

That's alright. ^^ I'll change it as I actually have another character/story possibility... (It's actually another Dusty pup, but she was created by and adopted from Cat14. xD) I might need a day or two to have the time, but I'll change it. Thanks for allowing me to edit it.

Name: Iskander, Isk for short
Meaning: Defender of man
Breed: husky/austalian shepherd/border collie/husky some labrador and a little wolf's blood
Parents: Felix and Iowa

Mate/Crush: Most females don't like him.
Personality: Isk is a bit different from his parents, but this is most likely due to the fact that he didn't grow up with them. Iskander is out-going, and always defends himself. Isk is a bit hot headed and tends to get himself into arguments and sometimes fights. Isk is hard working and determined, and doesn't fear much, which gets him into a lot of trouble. Iskander likes to try to do crazy stunts and acrobatics, and is somewhat good at this, likely derived from his relative Dallas and Ty. Isk is not the most kind, and tends to be rude, at least around new dogs, and sometimes even ones he has known for a while. He likes to make smart a** remarks and be the center of attention, which makes him butt heads with Fendlee. When Isk doesn't get his way he channels all his energy into the next thing and refuses to be over looked. He is known as a jerk with girls and it will be a long time until some one can calm him down enough to teach him manners.
History: Iskander was adopted by a family that already had three dogs, and the man ran a sled team. Fendlee became an adoptive sister, Isk was raised off the milk of the other female in the house, whom had a litter with the male. So Fendlee, because of Maverick and Unitek wanting him to think they were his real parents, Fendlee could only be an adoptive sister, not a mother. Growing up Is is always reminded that Fendlee is not real family, but the two dogs form a special family bond anyway. However as Isk gets older and more determined to join Fendlee's team, that is already full, the two loving dogs start to fight and butt heads. Both are attention grabing, and Fendlee isn't to be pushed over, although Isk is far more agreesive in their arguments. Eventually Iskander channels his energy into the new job his owner makes for him. Their owner, when not taking his emergency sled team out, likes to hunt in the woods and rarely go bear hunting. Isk is trained to protect the man's family as a gaurd dog when the team is out, since Maverick has became very old. In addition to this, Isk is trained to be a hunting dog, and does very well. Even when it comes to bears, which is when his Greek owner choose his name, after he saved his owner from a bear. Before then, Isk was known as Red Rover, needless to say, Isk liked his new name much better, and growled at anyone who ever called him Rover after that.
Other: Maybe later :3 Oh, he knowns a few greek words, rather comandes for when he is hunting. He's a good agressive gaurd dog, his family is always safe

Personality: Carter is a shy girl. She doesn't like talking much because she is afraid others will just make of what she thinks. She doesn't think she became a good dog. She aways ends up in trouble for something she didn't mean to do. Carter gets over exccited sometimes and whirls in circles.
History: After becoming of age to leave (8 weeks) and be adopted she was very happy. She didn't get along with any of her siblings so she wanted someone to share life with. But sadly, she didn't get adopted. Carter was heart broken and ran off. She ran al the way to the tip of California. There she was alone and barley had enough food. She fought other street dogs, but she usually ran off. One day she ended up in the animal hospital with serious wounds.

With No scars from her wounds she was put up fo adoption. Carter new she would never be adopted, but no matter how may times he tried to break out she was caugght. One day a man came in with a blue and tan dog. They were looking at her with very interesting eyes. Carter wasn't use to ths atention so she backed up into the corner of the cage. The man ended up adopting her!
Other: Has a pink collar with a diamond heart on it (her new owner is rich. who is a dog trainer and producer of a show)
