Michael managed to set up, but kept his paws over his hurting groin. "What do you think, Kenna?" he asked, cringing in pain. "Think we should try?"

OOC: I think, at least till the first town with a working gym (Pewter City), the Rivals should wipe them out pretty easily, to make it more dramatic. I don't know about the question though...
Michael nodded. "Ok, let's try, but can you go first? I haven't fully recovered from that low blow yet." he said, still in a lot of pain from before.
"May I go first boss?" asked Blaze, wanting to show this Cubone some manners.

"Ok, do your best." said Michael, trying to recover quickly.
Blaze snarled fiercely and charged her, using Bite on her shoulder. Even a bully like her held back of course, Pokemon never actuelly hit hard enough with attacks to draw blood, just cause severe pain.

Blaze smiled and Howled loudly, raising her Attack Power. She then jumpped up and struck Kenna right in the head with Iron Tail, causing a visual shockwave from the impact.

Blaze smiled, she didn't need to raise her attack. "Say goodnight!" she said, using fire bursting into her jaws. She used Flamethrower, hitting Kenna square in the chest, forcing her backwards.

Michael ran to Kenna, seeing she'd fainted. "You did as good as you could." he said, taking out her Poke Ball. "Take a good rest." he said, smiling and returning her to it. He put it back in its slot and turned to Grell, snarling. "Don't make fun of her!" he said. "At least she had heart!" he said, taking a battle stance.
OOC: Cause he's the leader, Michael does a little better but still loses somewhat easily.

Michael thought about it, he knew more than his partner, though still not a lot. He charged forwards turned, using Tail Whip, lowering Grell's defense. He then turned and used Tackle, it wasn't extremely strong, but Tail Whip helpped a little with that.
