ooc: Did the person playing Naomi quit because Loonight needs Naomi.

Loonight was now much older then he had been when Kayla and Matt adopted him. Though he was still more or less a puppy. He was more or less a teen. Carefully he crept through the brush keeping his ears back. Stealthally he moved carefull not to make a sound. Then he ponced on top of Matt. "Morning Pop!"He wgged his tail eagerly. It hadn't been a good ponce by any means but he was to naive to care.

Kayla not wanting to be excluded from all the fun pretended to have been awoken by her yong son's attempt at pouncing. She leaft the den and aproached Matt and sat herself down beside him. Half convinced she was still dreaming for her life was everything she had ever wanted she shook herself awake and found everything the same. "Goodmorning dear!"

"Goodmorning mom!" Loonight grinned wolfishly thogh the comment had been directed towards Matt. "Will you tell Pop to take me hunting to day?" He thought a moment. "I'll let you come too?"

Surge laughed as he saw the pack wake up and begin to socialize. He slowly walked over to everyone, "Morning Guys. I think its about time that we took the 'pups' to go on a real hunt. For elk." He smiled as he talked, but his thoughts were depressing. I need to see who can take my place as alpha....ill have to retire soon...

Maden laughed and landed with an "oof!" as his father tossed him to the ground. Rolling over he jumped to his feet and jumped back a little. He lunged at his father but quickly landed just short of his father (on perpouse), he ducked down and headbutted his fathers legs out from under him. Maden jumped back again and laughed. "Come on dad! Keep up!" He laughed. That move had been one of Surge's moves that he had used when he was younger and could twist more. Maden knew his father had never seen him do it,

Fang toppled over, losing his balance and landing right on his belly. He groaned and got back up, using the excuse, "I'm getting older, son, so that's not exactly fair." he pretended to be heartbroken and turned away, but then he grinned devilishly and yelled "Sneak attack!" as he spun back around and ducked his head, catching Madden under the chest and flipping him on his back, then kept him pinned down with a paw. "The older, the more experienced!" he said.

Shade giggled and walked over, breaking it up. "Alright, boys." she said, trying not to smile. "Stop the nonsense and save your strength for the hunt." She stood in between the father and son while talking to get their attention.

Liam yipped and romped around, his black ears flopping. He was obviously excited for the hunt, as he had never been on one before.

Loonight looked up quickly. "Great! I'll go for a hunt but wher's Naomi?" He asked Madden eagerly. he had grown to be close friends with Madden.

It was difficult for Kayla to say no to her son's puppy eyes as they were faiding quickly into the eyes of a yong adult wolf. And she wanted to keep them puppy eyes as long as she could. "Allright." She gave in.

"Yes my first real hunt!" A strange seriousness came over him suddenly. A seriousness he was not accostumed to. "I promiss I wont let you down mom." He turned his muzzle in Matt's direction. "You either Pop!" His yong heart was pounding, his blood pumping, Loonight was going to prove he belonged to this pack.

Kayla was also going to hunt with the other wolves. However she was a yong mother and was slightly nervouse she might not be able explain to her son how to hunt well enough.

As soon as Matt had said his goodmornings he silently listened to Loonight go on about the hunt. He smiled at his adopted son's eagerness, after all Loonight was a pup that had became a young wolf and was truely on the way to adulthood. "I'm sure you'll make us very proud Loonight, you always do." Said Matt, smiling at his son. 'You're growing up too fast kiddo.' He thought and forced a small sigh as he stood up and stretched his muscles again. "Trust me, you'll like your first hunt. A young wolf's first hunt is one of the most exciting things they'll ever do in their life..But you have to promise me, that you'll be careful." He said to Loonight, keeping a serious face when he said the last sentence.

Madden hitthe ground and laughed as his mother came over and broke up their sparing. "Yes mom." Before he could say anything loonnight had walked up to him. "Uhm....Im not sure were Naomi has gone."

Surge was glad to see the spirit light up in the young wolves. "We will hunt in a while, once the sun lowers a bit so we dont overheat while we are in a chase."

Naomi ran out of the woods as if running for her life, and she ran right into Loonight, knocking them both down. Behind her chased a mad-looking squirrel, chattering angrily after the young wolfess. Naomi got back up and growled at the squirrel, but it didn't move. She sighed and gave up the acorns she was hiding in her tail, the angry squirrel gathering them up and scuffling up a tree.

Loonight flattened down his ears when his father called him Kiddo. He was nearly three or four months old (time matters little to wolves). He fallowed with a wince at his fathers instructions to be careful. "Allright Pop" he said. He was going to add in an i'll try, just so he could be on the safe side but was pounced. "Naomi! were have you." He yipped. He Clearing his throat of his puppy bark he tried agin. "Naomi were have you been?" Loonight eagerly jumped to his feat wagging his tail vigoressly. He surpressed the erge to nuzzle her as Kayla was currently doing to Matt. He didn't want her to be uncomfortable and he figured she probably had wolves all lind up from other packs requesting her to be there alpha female.

Naomi giggled and shook herself off. "I've been playing with the squirrels!" she laughed, giving Loonight a quick nuzzle with her nose before she romped away to say hello to her parents.

Madden turned and tackled his sister, pinning her to the ground and tugging on her tail. "Were going on our first hunt soon!" He barked, his entire rear end wagging back and forth happily.

"Really?!" answered Naomi. "Our first hunt? WAHOOO!" she cheered and jumped around, toppling into Liam. "Did you hear that, Liam?" she said excitedly. "Our first hunt is soon!"

Loonights tail was wagging so fast his vocal chords vibrated and he could barilly talk.Naomi had nuzzled him. "You allright Liam." He asked his friend, who had nearly been knocked over. He turned and tried to pounce Madden but fel off. "Allright Allright I submitt." He wimpered tucking his tail.

Kayla hadn't aged verry much. And if matt had aged she didn't notice. She wasn't infact that much older than before. "Allright let's get going!" She barked.

"Allright mom" Loonight replied leaping to his feat.
