just out of curiosity, if offsprings are supposed to be under one year old, then why is the commander's son three

There is no real connection between the commander's son and the offspring.

Personality: John, being a fighting dog himself, is a very kind, and understanding guy, hes rather smart and tries to avoide conflicts, he reaches out to help others with their problems but he keeps his own problems buried deep inside.
History: John was a fighting dog for only about two days, he escaped with other dogs. He once was a therapy dog and is used to helping others, seeing Luna, a hurt and emotionaly damaged dog he felt a strong urge to help her the most.

Other: John likes Luna even though Titan/Ares likes her. He thinks hes a better match for her but he doesnt like confrontaion so he never really speaks out about it, he just hopes that Luna will choose him. (Figured Id add more drama! *evil laugh*)

Occ:// I am so sorry I haven't replied yet. I completely forgot that I did not start this rp up yet! So, Blood Fang you are accepted, and I am actually gonna start this rp.

Bic:// Garret looked at each face of his make-shift pack in turn as he decided how he was going to tell them his suspicions. He had seen a few german shepherds sniffing around the abandoned fire house that had become home to the escapees. Garret had begun to recoginze three of the dogs, and he had the nagging feeling that at least one of them was a police dog because he looked vaguely farmillar from what Garret could get out of his hazy memory of the night of the escape. He realized the Cassie, his mate, would never want to leave these seemingly perfect home. He doubted Buck would be too thrilled about leaving as well, but he was too young to make a big protest. Garret thought he was almost garunteed Tucker's support since Garret and his eldest son we closer than Garret was to lily and Buck combined. Then there were the dogs that weren't his family but seemed like they should be. He supposed John would vote on leaving rather than staying to deal with the police. Mary would do whatever pleased her in that moment. Titain may want to leave, but Ares would want to stay and kill the cop dogs. Then there was Luna who Garret was actually slightly surprised she had stayed with the 'pack' for this long.

As Garret came to this last face, he realized he needed to say something before he lost the attention of all of them again. He cleared his throat and started, "I have noticed some dogs hanging around the house too often for me to be comfortable. I just have this bad feelings about them. They could be with the police force." He paused a moment to let this sink in before continueing. "I suggest we move before they decide to do something about us."




Storm sat in front of his team, getting ready to go into details about their newest assignment. The fighting dogs that had escaped a year ago were spotted by one of his team member, Colton, only a few days ago. Storm had been keeping on eye on the dogs, but he was going to need a team effort to take them down.

Storm was also getting ready for retirement, so the thought of who should led this mission was also on his mind. He needed to get one of the dogs useful in the Commander position before he left the team. His obvious choice should have been his son, Shadow, but the youngest dog on the team, Colton, was starting to show some real talent. Storm was thinking about putting Colton in charge just to see how he would do, and he failed, than Shadow would be the next Commander. It seemed like a good plan, but this mission was very precious to Storm and he really wanted to head this himself. He sighed in frustration. What was he supposed to do?

Mary had noticed them too, but had stayed quiet about it, thinking that Garret was bound to act sooner or later. "I don't wish to leave," she began, looking at Garret briefly before sweeping her gaze over the rest of the "pack". "But I recognize some of them. Garret's correct, they're with the police force." She was only slightly aware of how leaderly she sounded. Silence still filled the air, and she cleared her throat, trying to fill in the noiseless moment.

Jessica's amber-tinted brown eyes looked questioningly at the Commander. Apparently deep in thought, she was waiting for details about the new assignment. She was mentally trembling with anticipation. Despite her tendency to start things and never finish, she enjoyed working on the force, and the thrill that accompanied it. So she sat, her head cocked, muscles tensed a bit more than they normally were as she waited. Her curiousity seemed to burn, causing one second to seem like a minute. A small sigh escaped her, almost in unison with the Commander, Storm.

Colton sighed, he was only a dog year into his job and he already did horribly his first go around but it wasn't because he didn't have the skills...there was someone who he truly cared about in the escaping pack that caused him to mess up on purpose. Being a former, fighting pup himself he had connection when he decided to go onto the straight and narrow and quite truthfully, he could have quit at anytime but his squad was first and foremost to him.

Buck stayed close to his mother, listening to his father's words, he was reluctant to leave but out of him and his sibblings Buck was the most obidient when it came to the safety of him, his parents and the pack in which he was a part of. His ears lowered slightly and he opened his mouth to say something, but could make no words. He decided against protesting and kept quiet from then on, but he still couldn't help but feel reluctant about leaving the only home he knew. Buck knew that the dogs hanging around the area were a danger to his safety and the safety of others, and that's what convinced him that his father's instructions were a good idea. They had to leave and everyone knew it, but the problem was, would everyone agree? Buck most certainly hoped so.

Shadow sat next to Jessica, listening quietly. "I wonder who he's gonna pick to lead the mission." He whispered to her. Shadow had always been fond of his job, and loved it even more when his parent was the commander. But Shadow knew, just because Storm was his father, that didn't mean Storm had to take it easy on him.

Jessica almost replied, "You, probably." But she bit back the words. She had seen others do their jobs, a bit better than Shadow had done his. Alright, more than a bit. She saw how Colton did, how good he was at his job. A new answer popped into her mind. Colton....Colton will lead it. she thought. She wished Shadow to lead it, he was a close friend of her's, but she knew that the assignment would go better with Colton leading it. All of this ran through her mind in a few seconds, leaving her time to answer Shadow. She just shrugged. "I guess we'll see," she murmured.

Silence still filled the air, and Mary found herself staring at cracks in the floor, tracing them with brown eyes. The silence made her feel a bit self-conscious, as if they were silently laughing at what she had said, or the way she had said it. Inside, she knew she was wrong, and they were just thinking about it. But that didn't shake the feeling of uneasiness.

Titan thought about it, running through all the possibilities. "Well there's a possibility." he said. "Under the hide out, there's a series of old sewer tunnels." he said. "Smells really bad but that's part of the good of it. We could use it as an escape tunnel if they find us, or just hide down there if they find us until they assume they missed us." he said. "Then when all is said and done, we come out and retake our home." he said. "We could come up in other places to eat while we wait." he said. "It'd take scoping it out before hand, but it'd be a valuble option." he explained.

OOC: Does Mako get released or does he break out?

Tucker stood up, wanting to back his father up. "I agree. Once we have staked out a new plan we can easily retake our home. But for now we should leave until we know what we're actually up against." He looked at his mother and then down at his little brother. "Espically because there are some that shouldnt be involved in any fights." he looked back his father. "Voilence can come later if its needed."

John watched as Tucker stood up and spoke. He nodded a bit, glancing at the other fighting dogs, having been in the ring for just a few days he couldnt imagine what it would be like to be in one for years. He shook out his white fur and waited for the command to move from their home, or to stay and defend it.

Godzilla - He's released after serving his sentence.

Bic:// Garret thought about this new possibliliy of hiding until the police dogs were through with searching the fire house. "It sounds like a reasonable plan," Garret said, still thinking it through. If there is any flaw with the plan, he had to find it before they tried it out. "But the sewers will be the first place they look," Garret finally said, remembering traveling through the seweres after their escape from the rings. They had almost run into the police dog team down there and had gotten turned around in all the tunnels. "With some planning and mapping out of the tunnels, it could work. But I don't know if we have enough time for all that."

Cassie stared at the ground, hesitant about voicing her opinoin. It seemed like they had just found a life in the city, with the help of Mary and John, and now they had move on again? Would the chase ever stop? Where would they go to be securely safe? Cassie took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart from all these questions that came to mind. She glanced back up at her mate and finally said, "Maybe our only option is to leave town." She paused, knowing that would shock almost all in her pack. "It's the only way to be safe."

Lily stared wide-eyed at her mother. Never would she had guessed that Cassie would be the one to suggest leaving the city for good. Lily had thought that before, but she had also thought that her mother had grown to attach to this home, too attached to this town to leave for the unexpected. And now that it had been said, Lily wasn't sure she wanted it anymore. She had been born in that firehouse and it was the only home she'd ever known. What could be better than this life?

Luna didn't even glance up from her staring at the floor two inches in front of her paws. She laid down almost as soon as this meeting had started, and she was now resting her head on her paws in boredom. She couldn't bring herself to even pretend to be interested in the discussion. It didn't matter what they did now. She may have been the only one to realize it, but Mako was being released from jail that day. She had been counting down the days ever since she read his sentence in the newspaper. Only one year for the three years of Luna's suffering. She still had nightmares about her past, and she hadn't yet told the pack that her nightmares were walking out of jail and striaght towards them yet.




Storm shook out his fur and stood a little striaghter, a habit that the team would recognize as the signal that Storm was ready to speak. He cleared his throat before beginning. "Sonya has given us the assignment of capturing four fighting dogs that escaped us a year ago. Colton has reported seeing them in the old fire station, and I have taken the liberty of tracking them down. It is indeed the escapees: Garret, Cassie, Luna, and Titan. Two of them, Cassie and Garret, have had two litter since then and have three offspring. The plan of action at the moment is to gain the trust of their new allies, both strays, one a femal golden retriever and one a male white german shepherd. The plan for the children is to let them go on their way, except for the youngest son who will be put into foster care."

He waited to show that he was changing to a new subject. "Now as you know, I will be retiring soon. And when I do, one of you will be taking over as Commander. Which is why I am putting Colton in charge of leading this mission." He paused to take a breath, avoiding looking at either Shadow or Colton. "I will still be watching over this mission and if I suspect my decision as been wrong, I will rethink this arrangement. But for now, Colton will be calling the shots and you all are to listen to him. Now, Jessica, Shadow. I want you two to go around town and see what you can find out about these convicts from the dogs around town. Colton, you will be coming with me to look around the firehouse." He nodded to his team, signalling the meeting was over.

Shadow sighed and turned to face Jessica again. "Cmon Jess, let's go." He said to her quietly. He had thought he would be the one to run the mission, but he now knew that he thought wrong. Oh well, no use complaining about it, might as well get on with the task that he and Jessica had been given. At a steady pace, he trotted to the exit of the building then stopped to wait for Jessica. As soon as she was with him he would break into a run, which usually turned into a bit of a race.

Buck looked up at his mother, his ears laid back. "Do we have to go mum?" He asked, tilting his head. The firehouse was the only home he ever knew. He, like his sibblings, had been born and raised here. There was the same reluctance in his heart that was there before, he was the youngest and definately the most dependant on his mother and a good home. Well, the 'good home' part can just be flushed down the toilet if they were to leave.

"Understood, I will meet back with everyone else two to three hours from now" Colton barked hearing his name called. He feared having to not only lead this mission, but the fact that now he would have to lead the mission to arrest the very family of dogs he was trying to help out. The young agent followed behind his mentor walking to the fire house.

John looked around and saw Luna laying down, he slowly walked over to her, as not to scare her and sat down next to her, being careful not to sit to close though. "Hello Luna, doing alright today?" He wanted her to feel comfertable, it was just something that he did to the dogs that were emotionaly hurt. He was thankful of his white, german sheperd fur that made him look a bit more fluffy and cuddly, than muscles that made him look dangerous. The fluff just fitted his personality better.

Tucker kept standing, nudgeing his little brother. "Itll be ok, no matter what we're family." He licked his brother's head and then looked up at his father. "I think we should leave now, and then form the plan to retake it. If we get closed in now, we will have no tunnel plans and it will be to late to escape. We have a better chance if we leave now."
