To prevent conflict with the people who do have a problem with it or those too young to understand? I don't necessarily agree with the "shelter our kids" think but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Really, I don't understand why you'd want to share your sexual orientation or discuss sexual orientations on an animation fansite. It really doesn't have a place here.

I'm bi, and I personally wouldn't give a snot if someone said "LOLOLOL UR SO GAY" so I dunno either, it's just been on the bad word list for a very long time.

If I'm going to be honest I don't see what's wrong with being gay... Nor posting gay content.

As I've said before, if your allowed to post TSex content, then there is nothing wrong with HSex content.

I don't have a problem with it either. I'm gay myself, I don't find it offensive at all. But that's my personal opinion. Some people probly do. And maybe that's why it's not allowed. But idk. But I do think it's stupid that were not allowed to talk about homo relationships. I mean, if gays can't talk about their love life then straights shouldn't be able to either. I've gotten in trouble for that many times. And im really getting tired of it. And I'm not gonna follow the rule because it's stupid. I also don't like how you're not allowed to talk about it because it's a "kid friendly site". Gays shouldn't be hidden from kids. Its a relationship and it's the same as any straight relationship. So, like I said, why is straight okay but not gay? It's not like kids don't see them anyway. And if they don't then they're gonna have to eventually. And also, this goes with the straight but not gay thing, theres some stuff on here thsts pretty nasty. And it's straight. So people can post nasty stuff about straights and it's okay. But them when someone does that, but it's gay, THEN it becomes bad! Not when it's straight, only when it's gay. I could go on and on about this for a while, but I'm not cause I'm on my ipod. So yeah. I think I've made my point.

But that interpretation of the word practically means "stupid" now. It does. It's not like saying someone's a [female dog] or [motherf-bomb] (wow, my self-censoring seems so lame ) so I'd count it as the same as calling someone stupid. Still warnable but not instaban or something.



And a good point it is... a straight relationship and a bi/gay one are the same except that in the latter the partners are of the same sex. And perhaps we do need to be able to be comfortable about talking a little about it in front of kids, because do you know why kids ridicule and all that about it? Because they just don't know enough about it, and assume the idea it's wrong

Nowadays, people can get away with anything, and the world is becoming more and more soft on people's mistakes. People weren't meant to be gay, ****** or bisexual, and yet everyone's like "I'M PROUD TO BE GAY" -.- I've got nothing against gay people, but I do have something against the fact that they're gay. Not the person, just the sin (or whatever you want to call it).

I have to agree with one point - If talking about "Gay Love" isn't allowed, Straight shouldn't be either.
Love is love, no matter what gender.
I think it's banned here because children tend to freak out, about gays.
At my school, people will call each other Gay. "Your gay!!!!!"
And I think that's the case here, people being immature.

Honestly I have no problems with gays loving eachother. It is none of our business what sexuality somebody is and if somebody is gay they most likely didn't choose to be they were born that way. Am I gay? no, do I care if you are gay? No. Do I care if you are not gay? No. Quite frankly I don't care if you are gay or not. It is your decision not mine to make.

Isn't the point of living to be happy and if being gay is what makes you happy than good for you. If not being gay makes you happy, well then good for you too. I think people have blown this out of proportion, it is up to a person to choose to come out and be open about being gay it is not up to us. If my friend comes out of the closet well good for them, if they don't well good for them.

Gay people are no different from straight people, nor bisexual people. Gay is just another useless lable we gave to a group of people because they were different than the norm. When in essence they are no different than a straight person they just want somebody they can love and be happy with for ever and god be it I hope they are happy for ever. No human should be discriminated against because of who they love or what they love.

I'm not trying to get too religious here, we're made the way we are for a REASON. I know two people who are both homosexual(they're in my sister's boyfriend's family) and they are so enjoyable to be around, I like them better than the kids in my classroom!

I was made with a passion for misunderstood animals, music, etc. and I'm like that for a REASON. Discrimination is wrong. Simple as that. How many times are people going to have to fight for this to be stopped? Martin Luther King, Jr., Mother Teresa, Gandhi. Gay marriage just passed. Yes it's not traditional in the eyes of religion, in most from what I know, but they're HAPPY. Isn't that was God, and such, really wanted in the end?

I have a Question though, what caused this to be banned on this site in the first place?

I think of was banned because immature people(NOT just children, and not all children. There are mature children here)were over reacting and saying "EWW YOURE GAY THATS SO GROSS!!!" and crap like that. And people were offended. Then gay went bye bye. Also maybe to "protect children from hearing about it"(which I've alredy said is stupid.) so in my opinion, were just creating the problem in the first place. Like I think... Cobaltie(?(tell me if I wrong)) said, kids are uneducated about gays because they're isolated and hidden. And then kids just listen to to the generalizations and stereotypes about gays. So they think it's gross and wrong. So...if we didn't hide it then they wouldn't be so immature. And that's gets rid of some if the controversies.
