XD actuall steet even though i see your point, i'm not dis pointed at all, and to tgo just real quick i will and i will keep you posted, now back to you steet lol, it would take some time and researtch to see who to contact in universal, but as far as as finding a studio, i know of a few that might take up the chance, Rankin/Bass,Topcraft, Warner Bros. Feature Animation, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., Fox Animation Studios (not really lol), Nickelodeon Animation Studios, and serval more.
and lets all be down to earth right now, if it wasn't for the fact everyone seems so agenst a 3d animation balto movie , we could dewl into more studios as options, i know it's said 2d animation is fading but if you really love a story and characters it really should not matter XD
Warner Brothers has stopped doing feature films, MGM I believe is being sold, Fox has only just been "revived" as such so it probably wouldn't be a good idea for them. If you're thinking Dreamworks, they abandoned 2D features. Disney is very cautious. Universal have completely stopped making 2D. That kills several options. Small studios, well it might be risky for them, they've gotta have the money, but they just might not be interested.
Plus, I wonder, they might ask what you have to offer if they made one. At the moment the best thing you have is your enthusiasm, but that's not enough.
