Birthplace/Current Residence: The Mainlands/Orange Islands
Personality: Timid and shy like most Dratini, prefers to avoid fights. Worries a lot and is cautious. (This will develop as the RP goes on)

History: Tina was born to her Pro-Evo Dragonite mother and Empoleon father in Varo, raised to believe she had to evolve to survive. She didn't have her own views on the Darwin Act. Her best friend Sara, a Skitty, was worried about being sent off to the military and becoming a Delcatty. Tina didn't understand this all too much, as she thought Delcatty were nice, and her own evolution Dragonair was elegant. One day Sara found out she was already signed up to the military and tried to run away, but was caught by her evolved parents, and captured. Tina managed to see her one last time before she was shipped off, and hated what the Darwin Act and Sara's parents had done. Tina was terrified of the now very real threat of being sent off to battle, and too timid to stand up to her parents. One night, a Linoone approached her, hearing her plight. The Linoone was herding up a small group of Pokémon to escape The Mainlands and travel to the Orange Islands. From there, they had the option of travelling to Varo. Tina accepted the Linoone's offer and within a few days she was on the run. It was a long and perilous journey, but they made it. Tina is now considering either staying on the Orange Islands or leaving for the Mainlands, but is afraid of what the Anti-Evos may think of her wish to eventually become Dragonair.

Alignment: Neutral, possibly Anti-Evo in future
Ability: Shed Skin
Attacks: Twister, Thunder Wave, Mist, Wrap
Misc: Is a bit smaller than most Dratini, is a more navy blue color. Smaller white ear fins



[If Tina is going to be dialoguing with the Linoone (minor char) will he need a profile too? A quick one? Oh and I might add Sara in later.]

I'm thinking that Ilac is going to be able to give some good advice to Tina. He has a clear head about that and will be able to discuss pros and cons for Dratinis...

Current Residence: Orange Islands
Personality: Shy and prefers to avoid fights if he can because he was bullied everyday of his life until he was finally driven out of Varo. He is always cautious around other Pokemon and just likes to be alone due to his horrible past. If he let's you in then he is a considerate, nice, caring, and just a very good friend to have.
History: He was the son of the leader of the Anti-Evos and the future leader until he accidentally evolved into a Dragonair (One of the most handsome Dragonair's you'll ever see.) and from that day forward he was stricken of tittle and rank. He was bullied around everyday when he was still living on Varo but he left there and traveled to The Orange Islands to find somewhere he could just be himself and not worry about being recruited into an army.
Alignment: None actually. He believes that it is no other Pokemon's business if another Pokemon wants to evolve or not.
Ability: Shed Skin
Attacks: Blizzard, Thunder, Fire Blast, Hyper Beam
Misc: A foot longer than most Dragonair's are and he is one of the most handsome ones too. You can pick him out of a pile of Dragonair's any day.
