Heh, my class probably think me like that. I always read while my teachers talking to the class...I find it tempting not to read...specially if its a really good book like Eragon/Eldest, The Sight or White Fang.
My class think Im a fast reader. I read Harry Potter 6 during 3 periods of school, you should of seen the face of the girl sitting next to me...

Yeah, you lot are going to start thinking Im a nerd or something now.

I do the same thing. allears.gif It is so fun not to pay attention. Not when the teacher gives you a pop quiz though....

I am guilty with a bit of in-class reading, too embarassed.gif
But the Eragon and Eldest books are great....but the Warriors series by Erin Hunter definantly give them a run for there money.
But I love Saphira....very cool friend, I would guess. wiggle.gif

I have read both and have fallen in love with the stories. I, too, am waiting for the movie to come out in the fall. I wonder if it'll do the books justice (I hope so). Anyway, the story is great! The whole creature-human connections and relationships are rather fascinating. Overall, they're some of the best books I've read!

I read em both. I like them a lot, and look forward to the third one. However, in my opinion, I think the first one was better.

i found it surprising at the part when eragon was searching the mind of a Urgal/Kull and found it to be a relativly peacefull race. It was Glabatorix who forced them to be the cruel race they are in the books.

I partially read Eragon. Somewhere towards the end I lost interest. It became to "lord of the rings-ish"

Speaking of the third book, here's some info I've found out....

Eragon faces the greatest battle of his life. After his defeat at The Burning Plains against his brother Murtagh (the Red Rider) and finding the harsh truth about his family origins, Eragon returns To Ellesmera to complete his training with his Elven master and his golden Dragon. He finds the Place of lost souls and retrieves a new sword from under the Menoa tree. But he has yet to face a his final opponent. Galbatorix. Using his new power and weapons, Eragon faces his destiny, in an attempt to defeat The Red Rider, Galbatorix and helping his Cousin Roran to rescue his fiancee Katrina from the evil Ra'Zac and their Parental steeds.

Release date: 2007

I am sooo excited!!!!
