This movie has probably tugged my heart more than any other.. it's just so emotional and powerful for me.

The Sound the Bugle scene was what did it. The music, the song, the atmosphere.. the fact that Spirit had lost his love and just looked so broken and vulnerable.. it just broke my heart. It was just so beautiful. And then of course him finding hope in his lost family, and the music change then... gah. It gets to me every time I watch it. When I saw it in the cinema at 11 years old on my birthday, I literally bawwwled my eyes out.. it was just so sad, but so amazingly heartwrenchingly beautiful.

And the Swimming scene was so lovely too, when Spirit and Rain first start to fall in love. The music, of course, is gorgeous (Bryan Adams is a music GOD) and, like the entire dang soundtrack, just tugs at your heartstrings. The atmosphere is, once again, beautiful.. but in a more positive way this time. The glorious forest, the water, the dragonflies, the swimming.. and then of course the cute horsey cuddling was all just so lovely - especially for such a short scene. xD It still gives me chills.

The whole film is just breathtaking, but it was those scenes in particular that captured and pulled at my heart. <3

Hey give Hans Zimmer his credit! 8D

But I do agree! And especially on Sound The Bugle. I like listening to it when I'm sad.
It always puts me deeper in my hole of depression, and makes me wonder why I'm listening to it again,
until that part where the song changes and is of hope in yourself. It's just so uplifting.

OH SORRY I forgot about Hans xD Yes, he is amazing too!!

and I agree. <3 It's such a heavy but inspiring song. Always great to listen to when you're feeling sad. (:

Personally the scene that captures my heart every time is when Spirit wakes up in the Lakota village. I just love Rain's personality and how she and Spirit first interact. It just pulls a smile and giggle out of me every time that I watch it. <33 ;3

I also love the scene with little Spirit and the Buffalo. <3

Well it must be the scene with Sound the Bugle! I think that speaks for itself, but the emotion and inspirational quality effects me so much!
Also when Spirit is reunited with Rain .. and little creek says the legendary words ... take care of her , spirit who could not be broken :)

Mine would have to be the river scene, Sound the Bugle, and where they're pulling the train.

my favorite scene(s) was when Spirit was a foal, when Rain sat down and he was trying to pull her. :P

I have to say, all of the suggested moments tugged my heart :3 though I think I got slightly emotional in the first two minutes of the story XD when the eagle flew over the canyon, I think the music helped me get emotional too :') *sniff* good times...
