Personality:Overly affectionate, hyper and too rough, terrified of humans like her mother, annoys her brother to get attention but he just ignores her, spunky and a bit smug, easily offended. Shelby loves partying and flirting with guys. She is usually the first to suggest going to the beach to watch the boys show off. Shelby was never lucky with guys though. lives especially of they have something to do with her brother. Shelby has this weird unexplainable obssesion with him. She is literally in love with him and stalks him but she won't admit it and usually bullies him as a coverup. She grows out of this a little bit when she meets Ferbi, only a little though.
History: Shelby and her brother, Dawson, were born to a young mother and a rapist for a father that left their mother at the first sign of her pregnancy.
