Personality: Silver tongued and deceptive, Basco easily represents the very ideals of chaos. Forced to fend for himself from his birth, the cruelty of the world around him has morphed his mind into a master schemer and strategist, as well as an extremely deadly fighter. These skills have allowed him to easily displace pack elders and blame innocents of guilty actions. Unwilling to stop until he achieves his goals, Basco is prepared to spread his darkening influence further into the wilderness, not caring about the casualties that might be experienced along the way, for this wolf feels little if no pity for those who stand before him...though he presents an image of beaming perfection for fellow wolves to follow.

History: Abandoned at birth due to signs of misery and dis-fortune, Basco was forced to run from day one. Predators stalked him for the vast majority of his life, but thanks to this hard way of living he had become one with the wilderness, and his body was morphed into that of a superior male, even more so then the vast majority of other males. Traveling through the wilderness, he was particularly fond of setting other packs of his brethren against one another at false means, though his own deceptive nature easily hid true meanings. Much blood has been spilled on his account, and yet it only seems to give him the only peace he knows within the dark recesses of his mind. The only one he ever trusted is also the only one he will ever love, for she was the only one to every outwit him. Becoming part of her pack, he easily set about spreading his influence and displacing the hierarchy, eager to attain that symbol of power for himself. Rising to the rank of Alpha, he has taken control with no blood shed, and this was exactly the image he wanted to present, though he had many other dark plans in mind. Now leader of the pack, he is now eager and willing as ever to spread his violent and dark influence to all those around him, no matter what the cost to himself or any others.

Description: A very large male, Basco presents a very dominant presence both mentally and physically. Dark gray hairs bristled across his back before soothing out to a more mellow brownish white along his midsections. His maw and paws are white while his darkened eyes offer entrance to his cruel and rather insensitive nature. Toned muscles to go along with keen intellect gave many wolves reason to stay clear, though his image of perfection easily draws those who don't know better to his company.

Personality:
Phenex is a force to be reckoned with at the best of times. Mildly psychotic, he has ferocious mood swings and a constantly shifting sense of loyalty. The best word to describe him would be "intense," because whatever emotion you're being faced with from Phenex, it's usually at a level of intensity that's frightening. He likes to intimidate others and have power over them.

He's an odd mixture of cynicism and pride. He does not expect miracles from the world and knows that he must make his own way, but he thinks that he's enough of a wolf to make a place for himself, and is proud of his accomplishments. He does not take to disloyalty from others too well, and will kill a traitor without a second thought.

However, horrible as he is, Phen is not thoughtlessly sadistic unless provoked -- depending on his mood, though, it may be terribly easy to provoke him. As a general rule he goes easier on puppies because they are not expected to be strong, but at the same time he pushes them to become stronger as adults.
He hates all things that appears weaken, especially runts. If you're not fighting, spying or giving birth, then he has no use for them and will run you off before you can even try and get in.

Argo:
It was against the religion of wolves to speak the names of the dead. THey honored them with stories, metaphors and analogies of greatness, but never with their mortal names. From where Argo came from, to speak the name of one who passed on would trap their souls to the earth and prevent them from assension. It wasn't just to protect the spirits of the dead, but to prevent the pangs of grief which now radiated through her core.
Argo moved like a golden shadow, concealing herself in the dim lights of the northern forests. The Arden forest was always the spot she patroled; the misty darkness was comforting to her, and the safest place to stalk and lose a wolf... or prey.

But today... was it luck or intutition? Perhaps coincidence? Argo had been scenting the borders, remarking her posts, and in the process came upon a trespasser's scent. It was unfamilliar, not like that of the wild... either dog or, perhaps worse and more shameful, wolf who lived among them as one. At the moment, however, she didn't know, but her nose stayed low to the ground and before long she knew exactly what it was.

Deep, liquid gold eyes stared from behind, as she watched the wolf hunt and take prey in her lands--something not tolerated lightly. The wolf moved, closer and closer, silence her biggest ally. Argo finally emerged as the beast consumed the meager rabbit, as she drew to her full hieght. With a cold, wintery tone--something which seemed so out of place in the cool summer enviornment---the Beta made her prescence well known.



Phenex:
His body cried out in pain as he pushed it further than it was meant to go. However, Phenex wished not to stop so he pushed on for a few more minutes before he finally collapsed himself onto the hard ground. His legs twitched out of fatigue, but by his face you could see no signs of pain or weariness. He lay his head neatly on his paws and let himself drift off into a half awake type sleep. Needless to say he didn't sleep very well that night.

When he awoke he felt no more rested then the night before, so he sat there for several minutes staring up at the threatening sky. It was a chilly day, full of clouds that surely held snow and decaying leaves that were scattered around the forest floor. The wind blew with a cruel force and chilled his blood forcing a shiver to erupt through him. He ignored his muscles as they cried not to move, and he began his journey forward once again un-aware of the follower behind

Isaac trotted along wherever the wind took him, not really having a destination. Where he came from, wandering aimlessly was not uncommon. It was actually encouraged, for it helps you learn about your surroundings, and its familiarizing your nose to the scents in the area.
The wolf creature, four legs acting like knitting needles, trotting at a steady-but-quick pace. Hopefully he will find something interesting, or something interesting will find him, and sent a flicker to his attention span, for it wasn't naturally long at all.
The leaves crunched beneath his paws as he passed the edge of a shallow brook, and he stopped to take a drink, unaware of the two wolves approaching his direction.

Isaac stopped lapping up the stream water when he heard the echo of more leaves crunching behind him. His ears twitched and so did his nose when a faint scent wreathed past it. It wasn't danger; it was another wolf. Maya. He slowly turned his structured wolf head to her, smiling deviously. "Why, hey there, Maya." he said in his usual, deep voice.

The soft tapping of paw strides were silence along the null sounds of the gurgling brook as a bluntly footed male made his way back to his den for the time being. With each step his skin seemed to shudder as his thickly laced spinal pelt moved from his taunt shoulders to his hips.. That wide pink tongue slowly removed bits of the caked blood from his parched lips as his claws lightly tapped onto the caked-like ground.

The scent of another slowly bled into his nostrils, as he flared them he deciphered some status of this newcomer, which was to him different, not of his pack. Flicking those light colored audits forward the massive sized male move forward, eager yet cautious to meet the scent that had now fully ensnared his focus. He completely blocked out the faint fluttering of the birds as they rose to his steps before coming down the heave, the scent of a female coating over his nose as he lifted his head, narrowing those sharply colored audits.

"Argo.." He said to himself before slipping into the over hang of lower standing brushes. He intended to keep unseen by the unknown male as he approach would be later, now it was Argo's turn.




A rather obscured mass of black obsidian fur rested beneath the darkening shade of a maple oak. It's shoulders slowly quivering as her sharp digits fled forward, curling black velvety lips over her front canines, being forced to move. The sun light hit against her face, making her forehead crease in wrinkles before opening those egg-yolk yellow eyes. The wind slowly paced into her audits as a low groan left that bluntly shoveled muzzle, digging her forepaws into the ground, in thus raising her shoulders.

Slowly she narrowed her piercing colored eyes as she leaned forward, letting her loins rise this time, picking her weight up off the ground, her fur letting bits of dirt and debris sprinkle to the tarred earth below her. "Another day..." Error said out-loud, but to no one in particular. She could see various other heads of her pack minion still resting and others out about in their scouting duties. Leaning her upper jaw back, a silent yawn etched from the fae's worked muscles as she moved out, with out a stretch.

With her tail flagging highly it dangled precariously to and fro along with her movements as she felt her forepaws thud against the ground. Looking about curiously she wondered where her newest recruit was off to, the bronze/gray male known to them as Basco. Also one of her better guardians was out on patrol for almost a week now, and his lack of appearance before her was dwindling some concern on her thoughts but she quickly pushed it away, knowing very well Phenex knew how to care for himself.
