Tiga changed back to Daigo. "Ok, you may speak now." he said to Jarret. "First, what's your name."
Jarret nodded. "My name is Jarret Connors."
Daigo nodded. "Ok, have you ever seen Men in Black?" he asked, Jarret nodded. "This is kinda like that, you see we are members of the Lights, a secret multinational group, kinda like the Justice League, only secret." he said. "We protect the world on a daily basis and fight crime." he said. "We're ether urban legends or memory of our true existence is secret." he said. "Raven, mind explaining how that's possible?"

"A Spark is someone with super powers that hasn't realized their true potentional." said Daigo. "Which is suprisingly high in number. You see half the world's population have super powers but of that half, another half are only strong enough to be useful around the house or be a good palor trick." he said. "Sigfried and Roy in Los Vegas for example." he said. "Of the fourth with high level powers, many of those are supervillians." he said. "So a very small amount make up the Lights but we actuelly win because we're the good guys." he said. "As for Sparks, Raven wouldn't have called you one if you have low level powers, so you're strong enough to be a Light. If not, we'd just let you remember the events and be taught to use your powers in a way that keeps supers existence secret."
Jarret blinked. "So I've got super powers? Cool." he said. "So am I here to train or such?"

Jacob approached the group. "Hello, so this is the new Spark?" he asked. He closed his eyes then opened them and they glowed.
"This is Jacob, the leader of the memory police." said Daigo. "He has the unique ability to sense how powerful someone's inate powers are, among other things, that's why he's doing at the moment."
Jacob finished and looked suprised. "I'll be, he's a Level 5 elemental, very rare."

"He's a Level 5 elemental." said Jacob. "Its been a long time since we've found one of those."
Daigo looked to Jarret. "What that means is you're a very powerful being with comand over one or multiple elements." he said. "I'm a Level 5 energy being, power wise. Everyone on this team is powerful though."
"Wow..." said Jarret, all he could think of. "So that means I have the powers to control the elements?" he asked. "Cool." he said. "So when do I start learning?"

"Don't worry, our school is much diffrent." said Daigo. "It involves how to escape from death traps, fight minions, and shut down the occasional doomsday device."
Jarret nodded. "Sounds like the X-Manshon." he said. "I think I'll live full time here, I was an acountant, explaining having to rush into battle a lot may be difficult."

"Pretty intresting." said Jarret. "My first class was how to escape a death trap, just princaples today, like what times to escape, make sure the supervillian leaves the room, all that." he said. "My second was how to beat up evil minions, that they attack one at a time in order for some reason." he said. "Third was how to use a supervillian's ego against them, useful." he said. "And last, I got to learn some control over my powers." he said. "I got some, like this." he said, raising his hand and concentraiting, making a small fireball appear. "That cool?"
