I could give a shot at one or two of these, Balto would be preferable as I frequent it the most, I could do the forums jobs for most of the sites except TaleSpin tho (since I know nothing about it). News for Princess and the Frog I could try too.

I finally got my entry done and sent to you today Steet.

For Spirit Source
I can most effectively do the following because I'm on there more then any other site now

- moderate the site (comments, creations sent : fanarts, fics...) [Art/ Character/ Image Section would be best ]

- moderate the shoutbox/ rp box [I have over 3 years of moderating under my belt on 4 other sites, almost identical to this one in the facade of rules, layout coded and general community. ]

- update all the "Must See" sections every week ( I love for Art, that's all I look at mainly and Characters and Images )

- adding new polls

- adding screenshots [ I personally sent you some of mine in the submitted, and I can make ton's more Plus I can make them for the Forum Avatars *150px / 150px ]

- manage the musics in the player [ I got the whole Movie Soundtrack so I'm ready ]

- Moderate the forums [ I make forums for a living you could say ]

- make the site "alive" : reply to comments, especially topics on the forums. CREATE new topics to discuss, too.

- make new graphical styles for the site (Of course I would follow Wolf.250's lead on this, all due respect (: | and I have the film so it's all simple for the image section )

- writing new rules (specific rules for the site) [ I live for this.. mainly because I used to Administrate large amounts of Equine based Sites and forums ]

For Balto Source
I can Most effectively do the following because those are the MAIN area's I prefer to check, every single day, plus I've been on it for about 5 years now, it's dedicated x3

- moderate the site (comments, creations sent : fanarts, fics...) [ Mainly the Fan Character, Fan Art, and Fan Image sections ]
- update all the "Must See" sections every week [ I look through most of the art work at least twice a week, no lie )
- adding screenshots [ Again, I also have the film in a HD quality so good Screen shots of course ]

I can be a fan image mod if you want me to be or a fanart one(yes I know what a good and bad render is and I do go on Spirit Source often now).

On hold. For now. There's no point in making 99 sites if they're empty or not maintained.

I was thinking, why didn't we conjoin some of the sites on the 'future list'
and keep them grouped by either character species or something along those lines...
That is IF they somewhat become dead and empty..

That would probably take even more time and harder to maintain. Plus... then there could be even more clashes and conflict.. and.. kinda.. overcrowed info.

It ALL depends on how organized the information is put up
How well the staff corporates with each other
to keep it all in balance... It's not impossible, you just gotta know your stuff >.>
Because Yes I've seen it done, and run completely through with out major problems

Those sites pretty much died unfortunately.. Well any way the years just started planning too far ahead doesn't help. Since anything can happen.
