As for the update on the first post, all that will be done some other time.

Alright, I'll update this stuff and check every new post when I come back.

Might I tell you all, as I BUMP this up, this takes place in the vast areas of Siberia, which as most of you should know, is most of Northern Russia. I chose this because it is a natural habitat range from the Grey Wolf, and because wolves live in places OTHER than Alaska and Canada. In Siberia, steppes(vast, treeless plains) are rather common, so might you remember that or keep it in mind.

Now, the wolves will speak in such a way. (In a roleplay state of mind.) No slang, and post formally. (I don't want it to sound like we're having a conversation.) Here is an example of how the wolves would speak:

"Father," Takoda whispered, "what if Ahote does have the power of the Truth? What if he finds--"

"Silence, you fool," Ulagu snapped. He turned his head slightly to peer out into the rolling land. "He shall not know of this, understood? The Truth is a myth, nothing more."

"But--"

"Nothing more..."

I'm not forcing this upon you, but try it.

Everyone choose a text color(if you WANT), and make sure it's not an eyesore or too light to see. Thanks. And we are a-starting. Try to turn off your signatures most of the time.

Takoda paced to and fro. His mother had entered the den, and most likely, given birth. But she had not called Ulagu at all, so it was not safe to go in. If he tried, she would growl deeply, or even snap at him in the darkness. He then growled to himself and sat down next to his sister, Tsi. "Do you think...," he whispered to her, "that maybe it will be cubs?"

"I dont know Takoda, maybe it is," she replied softly. She had tried entering along with her brother, but whenever she tried, a deep, manacing growl echoed from her. She was hoping for cubs though, she and Takoda where close, inseperable pretty much, but it would be nice to have another sibling. Takoda wasn't there all the time. most of it, but not all.

Tsi's voice reassured Takoda. "Thanks, sister," he whispered, licking her muzzle in an affectionate sibling way.

Tsi smiled as her brother licked her, trying to peer into the deep darkness of the den still. She might have saw her mother move, but then again, it might have been a shadow. She licked him back affectionantly, glad he was there. She didn't want to be alone, not being unable to know what was going on, having her mother snapping at her with razor teeth. She wanted someone, and she had someone, a brother, the best kind of someone. Maybe another someone too, or atleast soon.

Takoda grinned, a wolf grin of course, and then turned his head to look at his father. "Father," he called out proudly, "is mother giving birth, or is she needing to be alone?" Takoda growled. He knew how his mother could be snappy at times, and would often dwell within the confines of the den for as much as a moon. He didn't like it, and he knew she didn't either, but would do it for the pack's sake.

A moon, in wolf time, is a month. It makes sense because the period between a full and new moon is a month. A sun, in wolf time, is a day. This also makes sense because of the sun rise and set in the time period of a day. A year is 12 moons and a half year is 6 moons. In a month there is about 30 suns on average. See how it works?

Tadie: I know you're probably bored, but Ahote will be born soon, and then you'll have something to do. xD I won't count you for the post count until your turn finally appears. It's only fair, because you have nothing to post.

ooc- I get that. THat'll be easy to remember.

Tsi's eyes were asking the same question, gazing lightly on her father. She hoped it was giving birth, she hated it when mother stayed in her den, hidden by deep shadows, angry at everyone who disturbed her. Well, maybe not to angry, but she owuld snap, sometimes growl deep in her throat, the menacing sound echoing from the den, drifting outside where most wolves around could hear it.

Takoda didn't know what to do. He was torn between the dilemma: go in and nearly get his throat slit open, or stay out in steppes, with the pack. Takoda decided he would stay outside, but not in the steppes. At the Great Waterfall, the rushing water that carved the land it went through. "Tsi, let's go to the Great Waterfall. Mind coming along?" he asked, wagging his head slightly.

As much as you might want to reply now, please wait for Northernlights and Wolfhusky, Wolflover. They need to catch up, too. Then you can post. Thanks.
