Ashley Still laying on her bed she heard her sister Talking to her cat, she ignored it. She got up and grabbed her fav Stuffy. a horse stuff that her puppy (when it was a Puppy. witch was like a year ago.) used to chew on. And what she had since she was four. She Cuddled with it. "Why did this happen?" she asked Curling into a ball under her sheets.

"Ash?" she asked tentavily, knowing her sister would be sad and angry, looking for someone to lay the blame on. "Are you ok?" She winced inwardly at the stupid question, but then again, she always felt at loss when it came to sympathizing, meeting new people, or anything else that required certain words and intonations she could never figure out. Siam purrred softly, seeming as if nothing had gone wrong. She stroked his small head, and his purring intensified, his small throat vibrating.

Ashley got up. Still her teddy bead Dangling from her hand. she opened the door slightly. "Yeah i'm fine." she said even know she was n were close to it, Her dog was the friend who would lick her tears away. Now she has no love monster as she used to call him.

"Are you sure?' she asked, all of her awkwardness forgotten. She hadn't seen her sister this distressed in...well, never actually. "What happened?" she asked. Even though people said talking about stuff didn't help, it did. Made the burden of it seem a bit lighter in a way. At least, it did for her.

Ashley opened the door. "I don't know, he was just dead.." She Whiped a tear off her Face. "i don't know.." she Repeated as she reached her hand over to the cat. "You know i like cats more then dogs, but cats Run away from me because i'm half Lion." she Watched as her sisters cat freaked out as she even went close to it. it hissed and clawed at her. she turned into a Lion and walked into her bathroom. she looked into the mirror.

Mia strked the cats head gently, trying to calm him. "Shhhh,," she hissed to him, cuddling him. "I'm sorry Ash," she said softly, just loud enough for her sister to hear as she left the room. She walked outside, trying not to notice the stain of blood on the floor. She dropped Siam, and he bounded away into a hal. "I wonder how he died?" she asked herself quietly, collapsing on to the floor beside the lifeless dog. She sat back on her knees, examinig him carefully, but not moving him at all.

Ashley Roared walking down the stairs of the house, she turned into a human and reached into the Frige, she found some milk and once again drank some. "Mom, I'm going to the pet store." she Said running back up the stairs and shoving her wallet in her Pocket. "You comming Mia?" she asked putting on her flip flops. "I'm gonna see if i can find a Cat that wont scare from me.". she stood back up. Swinging the door open but turned back around holding the door open waiting for her sister answer.

"Ash, do you notice anything wrong about your dog before he died?" she asked softly. She wanted to figure this out, try to know why he had died. She was naturally inquisitive, it was in her nature, something she couldn't help. "Because 1 year old dogs don't die for no reason, something must have been wrong, and if h was sick, we'll have to get Siam vaccinated for it," she was slightly worried about her cat, but curiousity had taken over, so it was pushed to the back of her mind.

"He was Upchucking Blood and was scared of everything." She giggled a bit "Even me and Siam." But.. are you coming, we can discus this on the way there, after all its a couple of blocks away.

Mia frowned, but followed, her brain swirling with thoughts that rushed through her mind. Ok, so old age, a definite no, so, what could it be? Alot of things. "Ok, Ash, why didn't you tell MOm or someone something was wrong? He probably had his stoamch flipped over." It ahd looked bloated....or maybe it was wormns. "It might have been worms too, or who knows, cancer even." A little overboard maybe, but possible.

My Animal instincts told me nothing, i did tell mom, she said he was fine.
She walked out. "i guess you don't wanna come." She Muttered walking. She turned into a Lion and began to run. he paw thudding and her Sides heaving.

"Ahs!" she cried. "Ash, wait!" she began to run after her, then stopped. She morphed, and toook flight, soaring after he sister.

She skidded to a Stop. "WHAT. I don't wanna think about it alright. I want somthing else to get this off my mind." she walked backwards a few steps.

jake Ran down the hill (wolf) he ran into the town. he looked around for Mia and Ashleys house. he spotted a grey and white house. "Bingo!" he ran down and morphed into a human and knocked on the door. their mom answered. "Hello, are the girls there?" she shoke her head. "THey just headed out to the pet store." Jake Turned in the derection of the pet store "Thanks!" he began to run.

Mia sighed and wheeled away. If she didn't wanna talk about it, fine. She flew, then saw Jake. "Hey Jake!" she said, wheeling above him in circles.

Ashley Growled ingnoring her sister and jake. she walked into the Door of the pet shop. "Hello?" she asked. she heard a Faint hello. "Umm do you have cats of kittens?" she asked.

"Yes, we have 2 fresh batches of kittens and 3 cats. Help your self." a 3 keys flung at her all attached by a ring with a tag saying 'Kittens and Cats' She walked to the back of the store were she heard small mewing. "Cats, i'll startwith thoughs." she Said. SHe seen a Bald cat. "Blah," she whispered. she opened the cats Cage. it amedintly Sqished it's self to the back of the cage and hissed. Alrighty. One down, 2 to go. She Said to herself. She seen a Black and white cat. She Opend it's cage, it looked like a patch of white on a ink covered page. she pet it but then it smelt her scent it hissed and Scrached her hand "OUCH!" she CLosed the cage and Crouched down and held her hand.

Jake Smiled "Hey mia!" he yelled up too her.
