I've found a site, http://hubpages.com/hub/A-Great-American-Haunting, which I believe is true. There have been many rumors that the Biltmore is haunted. I've been there many times, and I'd have to agree myself. Have YOU had any encouters with ghosts at the Biltmore? If so, please post your story here O_o.

Theres many but theres only two im going to say
I forget this ones name but is a few hundred year old monistary used by monks and oneof the things that make it haunted is that the monks if they had a baby it was slaughted right after birth so remains of thousands of infants and there parents are burried on the grounds of the crumbling monistary, on occasion ppl have seen a deformed deer horse like thing running around the gate, iv seen it once cuz we drove up there in dead time and wesaw it in the head lights, its head was cocked and its body jerked in the most disturbing way it yeah didnt feel right.
The next one is known world wide, it another monistary but much much older I would have picks but you can take pics because as soon as you see the dead structure in the middle of no where no trees just the one road anyway you keep driving up cooks creek your car automaticly dies your cameras, watchs, phones everything dies, If you go inside under the monistary are caticombs mils and mils down and across,

You can access it the gate to the caticombs threw the basement or there the the biggest grave in the cemetery behind it, but the only light you have is your lighter or something to make fire, wild vicious dogs stay near there last time there was 12 big vicious wild dogs, but this places is so haunted that Taps and all the other haunting tv shows wont touch, they all have refused many times over so no one has ever explored the entire thing and most who go far well there not heard from again, one of my best friends went with his buddies there and only he came back but his mind was so screwed up he was put in a maximum security mental institution, this is a guy who was very smart and normal now well hes to screwed up now that hes not allowed any visitors so ppl are warned to stay away.
I remember going in a bit after that to see what coulda screwed him up so bad and look for the others but had to turn back because there was more of those screwed up dogs and you cant really fire a firearm in an ancient caticomb.

(Sorry for doing this in three parts but ran out of room)
So not being able to use any of our firearms we had no choice but to turn back cuz we didn't want it to collapse, but the walls were all imbedded with bones of all ages full bodies and parts, geing away was the hard part cuz we had to push the car back far enough and raplace the dead battery with the good one to leave but there was 12 dogs few on the step, 3 on the lower roof of the structure the rest well had to keep putting rounds into where they stepped to scare them back if they woulda have gotten closer me and the other guy who were shooting while other two pushed would have had to take em out, lucky the battery was switched before that.
So any who are from around hear and want to be scared I will take you but I wont if you dont know how to use a firearm, bring few cans of lighter fluid and a zippo cuz you wont see anything without it, sorry I dont have pics, there are no pics of that place cuz you cant take any.
Again sorry for tripple post.

I'm not sure about any of these places, but here's a list. xD http://theshadowlands.net/places/georgia.htmHeh, in Macon, I'm hoping to go to the Native American Burial grounds. Sounds pretty haunted.(Not on the list for some reason.) I've been to Andersonville(Civil War, HUGE prison), and I haven't felt any of the spirits or anything like that, but it still kinda fills you with dread, and skittishness. I've also been to Six Flags, but haven't seen a lost little girl(well I was also little at the time, and they probably meant during the late hours there.). I don't really wanna see any ghosts...

My town is "haunted', Lake worthless Texas. The "goatman" apparently lives here.

Hmmm... I've also had one of my pet cats killed by a car, but no ghosts of them. I felt peace when I sat between the graves of two of my canine friends that passed, but it was probably just me...
