I have to disagree. There was no leading to a question (like, you know, a question mark).
First, how the creator(s) came to attain the character(s) is irrelavant. Had Starfire made something to the effect of:
"My character, Hinto, is a blueish/gray. Would he be considered a sparkle dog?" it
would have been a question. Her remark was, if anything, an argument supporting that her character (adopted from Emi) is
not a sparkle dog. This isn't a topic to establish any sort of debate over individual characters, it is an elaboration of the rules at hand.
Now, after this post I will ask everyone:
Please stay on topic. If you have a question about the rules for the section or would like to discuss them with a moderator,

not the place to debate a character's sparkle or non-sparkle characteristics.
