Rouge stared at the coin, she was quite temtped to steal it, but she knew that Shadow was her friend, and that he was stronger than her, so she didn't dare make a move to take it from him. "My, my is it pretty..but I haven't heard of this coin before." She replied. "Though, from what all you guys are sayin, I can tell it must be pretty powerful..It makes me wonder what it does exactly."

Shadow quickly pulled the coin away, knowing that she was tempted to steal it. "I know it has the equivalent power of six Chaos Emeralds, and when joined with the seventh, has incredible power. I took it from the humans because they don't see how amazing this artifact really is. It's called a Syrrian." Tails marveled at the thought of having the power of six Chaos Emeralds all in one. "What if it falls into the wrong hands?" he said worriedly.Blaze answered excitedly, "I've seen that before! When my and Silver's planet was in danger of dying, the ruler buried it deep and restored the planet's health. But if there's one on our planet, then..." "Yes," Shadow interrupted, "This one was duplicated by an ancient civilization and thus created a backup one. I can't believe none of you have at least heard of this!" All of a sudden, Scourge rocketed into the scene with one foot extended and kicked Shadow in the stomach, making him drop the Syrrian. "Tough luck, buddy boy, but this Syrrian's mine!" Scourge picked up the giant red coin.

Sonic came up behind Scourge and punched him in the back. "You mess with any of my pals, and you'll be in a world of hurt." Said Sonic.
Rouge stared at Scourge.Time to put my theif skills to good use. She thought, running forward and doing a backflip right infront of Scourge, kicking the Syrrian right out of his hands, it landed right infront of Tails. "Tails, get it!"

Tails sat there numbly, unaware of what just happened. Reality soaked in, and he lunged forward to make a grab for the Syrrian. "I got it!" he exclaimed when his fingers closed around the edge of it. He triumphantly lifted it in the air. Bad idea. Scourge made a daring leap over Tails, snatching the Syrrian and landing with a front-flip. "Ha!" he jeered. "You have no idea what to do with this anyway!" And with that, he reached into the pocket of his black leather jacket with flames on the sleeves, and he pulled out a sparkling green Chaos Emerald. "All this power!" he laughed. "Is mine!"Shadow used a burst of speed from his rocket-powered shoes to jump at Scourge, but Scourge had already disappeared. Shadow fell to his knees and said, "With that I could've..." he dropped his head. "...brought Maria back..." Shadow opened his eyes, and a great flame of rage overcame him. More like a bonfire. He stood up and growled loudly, then yelled back at everyone, "I'm getting that Syrrian, and if I don't come back..." Shadow closed his eyes momentarily and laughed a little. "I will come back." Shadow bolted off in a flurry of dust and smoke.

Silver had been watching them, wide-eyed, he stared blankly then looked up at the sky, his facial expression turned from blank to stern. "Should we go help him?" Asked Silver, knowing that Shadow was tough and was supposed to be the ultimate life-form, but Scourge had alot of tricks up his sleeves.
Sonic sat down beside Tails. "Don't worry pal, it ain't your fault we lost the coin." Said Sonic, ruffling the fur on top of Tails' head. Sonic then looked at Silver. "Shadow is the type of guy that likes to fight alone, besides, he was really peeved off..He can get more hot-headded than Knuckles."
"Hey!" Snapped Knuckles. He then realised by shouting like that, he was prooving that he really was quite hot-headded. He calmed down.

Tails sighed and looked up at Sonic. "Yeah, but it was all up to me." he whined. "I wanted to help, but I'm too young and too dumb." Tails was truly discouraged, for he always tried to look at the bright side of things.

Meanwhile...
Scourge had used the Syrrian's power to teleport himself to the biggest bank on earth; the museum. So many valuable things lie in there. "Hehe..." Scourge smirked, then teleported himself inside the Egyptian exhibit. Scourge marveled at all the precious and semi-precious stones and metals. "Gold, silver, rubies, sapphires..." he counted. "Where should I start?" He started to reach for a gold and emerald necklace when a huge rumbling interrupted him. Then, in flew the black and red Shadow, angry as ever. "Don't even think about it!" Shadow snarled, then punched Scourge in the stomach, sending the Syrrian and Chaos Emerald flying. Shadow caught them each in one hand. "Lucky catch..." Scourge said as he attempted to stand up. Then, Scourge did a somersault in the air and kicked Shadow out of the exhibit. "But your luck just ran out!" Shadow ran on all fours and crashed into Scourge's legs. Through all the fighting, neither of them even thought about where the Syrrian and Chaos Emerald went. As Scourge was in mid-kick, Shadow grabbed hold of his foot to stop him. "Wait!" he said through all the commotion. "Where'd the Syrrian and Chaos Emerald go?" That moment, they both heard a female voice say, "Well, well, well. So caught up in killing each other that you forgot about these? There stood Blaze, holding the Syrrian in one hand, and the Chaos Emerald in the other. She put the Chaos Emerald in the same hand as the Syrrian, then talked into her wristwatch. "Silver, I've got the Syrrian, the Chaos Emerald, and-" She was cut off when Scourge ran by and snatched them both from her hand. "Smell ya latta!" he yelled back. "Scourge!" Blaze cried. Shadow picked himself up and bolted after him. Blaze tuned into her watch and yelled, "Silver! You'd better get over here pronto!" She hesitated, then said, "...and make sure to bring Tails.

"Ok, I'll get there ASAP." Replied Silver, jumping to his feet. "Apparently she needs Tails too, so, cmon Tails." Said Silver, grabbing Tails' wrist and running in the direction of the museum as fast as his legs would carry him. They soon arrived and he let go of Tails' wrist. Silver stopped to catch his breath then talked into his wristwatch. "What exhibit are you in Blaze?" Asked Silver. "I have Tails with me." Added Silver.

"Scourge is escaping with the Syrrian and Chaos Emerald into the Cretacious Period exhibit. Tell Tails to go through Wing A and hide behind the wall near the entrance. You need to block the exit in Wing R, just in case he tries to get away."

"Alright Blaze." Replied Silver, he then turned to Tails. "Go through wing A and hide behind the wall near the entrance. I'll block the exit in wing R incase he tries to escape." Said Silver, repeating Blaze's plan to Tails before he ran off to wing R and stood infront of the entrance. Something just came to mind...If that syrrian has the power of six chaos emeralds put together..and he's in the cretacious period exhibit..then, would he have the power to bring the dinosaurs back to life? Though Silver, the thought sorta frightened him. "Nah.." He muttered, pushing the thought away.

Scourge ran down the walkways in the dinosaur exhibit. He thought to himself, If Shadow wants these to bring Maria back... can I bring things back to life too? He chuckled and said, "I wonder..." Then, he held up the Syrrian and Chaos Emerald to the Anklyosaurus, making it shimmer and shutter. Paper-like material spread out over the blackened skeleton, then, the dinosaur shook itself off, causing dust to fling into the air. It gave an almighty roar, shaking the walls, and awakening other creatures in the exhibit. Shadow was racing, hot on Scourge's trail, when he ran straight into Blaze. "Blaze?" "Shadow!" "What're you doing here?" "Saving your-" Blaze was cut off when the ground began to shake, and a gigantic noise, a roar, shook the foundation of the museum. Suddenly, a herd of small, feathery dinosaurs charged out of the exhibit, racing past Shadow and Blaze. And chasing them was Tyrannosaurus Rex. "T-Rexes weren't in the Cretacious Era!" Shadow screamed over the noises. Blaze just stared and shook her head in disbelief. "No..."

*thinks* What if there really was a Syrrian? I know I'd use it to bring my dog back to life lol.

Silver's ears perked up when he heard the roar. "Oh no...someone please tell me that was Shadow.." Muttered Silver, he then saw the T-rex. "Guess not!" He said even louder before he ran for it and soon caught up with Shadow and Blaze. "I say we think of a plan fast and bring down this over-grown reptile!" He shouted over all the roaring, crashing and banging.

Tails rushed for Wing A when he heard a roar. He said to himself, "Please let that have been Sonic's stomach..." but when a Triceratops charged down the hall, knocking down everything in it's path, he spun his two tails around like a helicopter and flew away as fast as he could. "Heeeelp!"

Scourge laughed maniacally as creature came alive from all over the museum. A Pteradactyl flew by Scourge and he jumped on, holding onto its neck. The creature flew higher, and an orange fox with two tails flew right alongside them.Tails grabbed the Syrrian. "I'll take that!" he grinned. He soared back to where Shadow, Silver and Blaze were running from the T-Rex. "Silver!" he called as he tossed the Syrrian down to him. Then, Tails flew around the dino's head and distracted him from the trio escaping.

Silver stopped then turned around and caught the Syrrian then turned to Shadow and tossed the Syrrian to him. "I'll help Tails." He said quickly before holding up his hands to the t-rex, revealing a circle-like shape glowing light blue in the center of his hand. The t-rex then started glowing light blue around the edges. But before Silver could make his next move, the big dino shook it off with ease and slammed Silver into the ground with it's large and heavy tail. Silver lay there motionless for a few seconds then muttered something under his breath before standing up. He had muttered 'The Syrrian must've given it a bit more power than a normal Tyrannosaurus'. Silver bared his teeth slightly and glared at the t-rex. The t-rex lashed his tail out at Silver but Silver dodged and ran up the t-rex's tail. When Silver had reached the t-rex's head, he jumped onto the t-rex's snout and looked the t-rex in the eye. Big mistake. "You're goin down." Said Silver, he went to punch the t-rex in the face, but the t-rex shook its head side to side, making Silver lose his balance. The t-rex then caught Silver in his mouth. The muffled shouts of Silver could be heard from inside the t-rex's mouth. "Lmme gu you uvergrwn sknk! Grrrrrrr, dn lut heem swullo me!" He shouted, it was quiet hard to make out, but anyone who listened carefully would be able to work it out. This, is what he had shouted. 'Let me go you overgrown skink! Grrrr, don't let him swallow me!'

Shadow caught the Syrrian, then saw Silver about to be eaten by the t-rex. He tossed it to Blaze. "I've got to take this big lizard down!" he shouted to her. Then, using his super strength, he lunged at the t-rexes stomach and punched it as hard as he could. It set the dinosaur back a bit, but it didn't knock the wind out of him at all. However, he did drop Silver when Tails whipped at the dino's eyes with his two tails. "Come get me, you stupid... scaly... thing!" Tails couldn't think of a good comeback, but it got the dinosaur's attention. Tails flew down another hall, driving the dinosaur away from Shadow, Silver and Blaze.
Meanwhile, Scourge was trying to find them on his pteradactyl when he stopped Tails driving the dino down off course. Scourge steered the bird towards Tails and grabbed him by one of his tails. "This is for taking away my one chance!" he shouted as he spun Tails around and threw him... into the dino's open mouth.

Silver landed butt-first on the ground, dripping with t-rex slobber. "Gross." Muttered Silver, standing up and leaving a puddle of drool under him. He turn to Blaze. "If we get outta here alive, DON'T tell anyone about me almost getting eaten.." He said. He then realised the t-rex had caught Tails too. "First me, now him?"
