OKay, Here's my entry, The disign took me FOR-EV-ER to do! I dunno why though...I justy didn't like it to much....at first

Name: Vemma

Age: Unkown...Same as Melody and Cadence

Gender: Female

Personality: Both girly and tom-boy..ish. She's girly in ways that she likes looking her very very best, having friends, liking Gossip, thinks like that, but also likes her job on the ship, loyal, and Trusting. She's smart but not smart-alec, just smart about what she does and what she dosn't do. She dosn't get many friends being all over the place and such, but she does try to make friends in the places she goes. That way, she'll know somebody when the ship docks at regular places. She tries not to have pups and get crushes or gets a mate, because she is constantly leaving and arriving at other places. But being on the ship and killing the rats (wich is her job) she's brave. So she's not afriad of drowning, storms, bad weather, mice, rats, bugs or any animal smaller than her.

Likes: Having friends, being praised by her owner, seeing her family as often as she possibley can, not having crushes, and seeing new things at new places.

Dislikes: Haveing Crushes, not having any friends. Not being with her owner, the caption.

Story: When she was born, a caption of a large ship, was at home with his family. He found that his ship had been infested with sea rats. Sea rats are NOT like normal rats, thier bigger, (some the size of a cat) stronger, and meaner. If you hurt one, They'll all attack. So the man at first wanted a cat, but he was told that a cat was no macth for the rats. So he wanted a dog. With long fur so the rats would have a hard time getting to the real skin. When he found Vem, he wanted her. She was abit bigger then the siblings that hadden;t been adopted, so he took the winter break to teach her to hunt,track and kill the rats on the ship. The ship was mostly taking things back anf forth to differnt places, so rats were a bad thing to have on a ship like that. Vem was able to keep the rat population down, and checked each box for them before the items inside were brought of the boat. But after she killed off most of the rats, and the others died because of natural causes, the caption no longer needed herm but kept her anyways.

But when complaints came from people blaming the dog on things wrong with the ship, the caption had no choise but to sell her. But he wanted to make sure she would go to a good home, so kept her until a family that herded reindeer wanted her. They got her and she enjoyed hearding them for a while, until there were just to many. So agian she was sold, but now to a lady with a few sheep, goats, pigs, and a few other animals.

The once Frilly dog, liked her job. She had fun, mainly because when she brought the rat to a sailor to through overboard, she got a treat, from wherever they had last docked at, sometimes the treat was made for dogs, sometimes for human snacks. But they always tasted great to her. Because of her half girly-half tomboy personality she made many friends. And sometimes another dog would come and help her work for a few days. Alot of people knew her, but in differnt places, so if they all lived in one place she would be greatly popular but they weren't so she's not. But she likes it that way.

Other: Her eyes are a purpleish brown color.

Name: Dream

Age: Same as brothers or sisters or wht rp's i play in..

Gender: female.

Personality:Kind, Peacful, Timid, Agressive (when needs too) and shy at the same time, and looks up to her mom.

Likes: Herding, Chasing, Running, Cuddling.

Dislikes: Fighting, Killing, being alone, bing abandon.

Story: She wants to work so badly with her mom but her mom keeps saying 'We'll see..' witch in mom language 'No.' and Strictly 'no!' but when she asks her best friend Lily for help with getting into the job she gets put in a fair for sale, when a nice young girl's father buys her and gives it to his daughter, they own a Farm with horses, sheep, A male dog.. and Cows.. And the man has two pigs. She finds herself Herding and making friends, she finds herself at the top of popularity.. like her older sisters Melody and Candince! And everyday she loves her life. She still meets up with her family and friends.

Other: Her New owner Bought her the pink Collar and she loves it! it has a diamond somewere on it.

I know Cadence and Melody are oth the same-ish colors, but there needed to be a bit of variety in the entries. xD


Name: Quarter-Tone. He doesn't really have a nickname...He's just one of those firsty-lasty types. Y'know, the ones whos names are always said fully?

Age: same as Melody and Cadence

Gender: male

Personality: A goofy guy. Not exactly gullible, but his curiosity in everything can often make him appear so. He is eager to believe anyone and everything, and can sometimes be found as too trustfull, not at all skilled at weeding out liers and scuzzy creatures. He is an earnest worker, humble, eager to please, and dislikes any type of physical fighting. He just wants to follow the rules not get into any sort of trouble.

Likes: most dogs, people, trying his hradest(he wouldn't mind a bit of praise for it either x]), running, his family, following, not having to think too hard, learning new things

Dislikes: being lied to, feeing stupid in front of others, lazy creatures, being underestimated

Story:
Quarter-Tone was always a beefy pup. He was kept for as long as possible by his birth owners because of his favorful disposition, but in the end he was sold to a man who ran a printing press in Anchorage. His delivery boy had recently grown up and quit, and the man needed a loyal, hard-working new employee. Quarter-tone filled out the postition nicely. Every night he would stay up late as the old man printed the papers, and every morning he would get up early, get strapped with the newspapers, and be sent to drop them off at their designated locations. The people of the town became acustomed to seeing his cheery face, and they greeted him like an old friend, "Good morning, Quarter-Tone! How are things at the shop?" Of course he could never answer, but he threw his dog smile at them and maybe gave a small woof too.
Many sled owners saw him about and around, and they offered good money for his endurance and submisivness. He was never sold though; too vluable to the old man, who had become like a best friend to Quarter-Tone.
Quarter-Tone isn't the most alluring hound, but he himself has his eyes on a few ladies. He doesn't have the nerve to pester them though, so he watches from afar, perfectly content. Who knows? Maybe someday he'll be destined to meet with one of them. xD

Other: Quarter-Tone loves his siblings dearly, as much as he does his parents. He is still saddened that he doesnt get to se them much thanks to his job location.
Being the way he is, he liked Melody's mate, Cobalt, and can't understand all the suspicions arising involving him and his sister's death. Accidents are accidents right? At least Cadence and Anukshook don't have these problems...Well, as far as he knows anyways. xD He doesn't see Cadence much because she was moved to Juneau.

Name: Lirit

Age: Same as siblings.

Gender: Female

Personality: A party animal, so to say. Lirit loves to let loose and do whatever comes to mind. She can be a bit stuck up, but it doesn’t show very much. Much like her mother as she always seems to be talking, and never seems to know when to stop. Lirit is insanely gulable, and will believe anything she is told, unless she has already proven herself that is was false.

Likes: Having fun, talking, being praised.

Dislikes: Being lied to, being told to be quiet.

Story: Lirit stayed with her parents for the longest of all her siblings (if this is okay). She stayed in Canada, being adopted be an Albertan farmer. Because of her Icelandic sheepdog blood, Lirit was used as a cattle dog. Her new owner had also bought a mixed breed dog to help her, named Rider. At first Lirit thought she was in love with Rider, but after spending so much time with him, they turned out to be the best of friends. After a few years, their owner moved to Nome, where Lirit was very surprised to see Melody. Lirit continued to live outside of town; their owner had continued to farm this time his main focus was deer farming.

Other: Often has a harness on, instead of a collar because on walks she gets bit... happy xD

I know she looks a bit... short, but she is acually quite tall xD

Name: FRÍÐA

Meaning: Beautiful, fair

Age: Same as Melody and Cadence

Gender: Female

Personality: She's very social, but isn't very well known where she lives. She's very responsible, loving, and just plain fun. Loves running, and can run for very long distances. She doesn't care what others think about her. The kind who laghes at her mistakes. Can be a litter loud without knowing it.

Likes: He family, friends, some boys, running, herding (even if she doesn't herd sheep)

Dislikes: Being hurt, loud things, storms.

Story: She lived a good life with her parents, for a short time. She was sold at nineweeks. Her new owner was a mom and her baby girl. She was very gentle and loved playing with her. She soon found out the name of her new home, it was Sitka Alaska. She rememberd two of er silins lived in Alaska, but new she wouldn't see them any time soon. Her right ear was shot when she was about six months old. They then moved to Valdez Alaska. She made friends quickly and loved it there. She misses her arents and siblings but isn't depressed about it. She has many males crushing on her but doesn't know it. Her girly friends keep trying to help her find a mate, but she's not sure if she wants one yet.

Other: She gets her looks from her icelandic grandparents, but her slim figure comes from her husky grandparents. She also doesn't herd sheep or any livestock, but likes trying to herd wild animals. And se may or may not get a mate, she probably will.

Name: Rondo

Age: Same as Cadence and Melody

Gender: Male

Personality: Not much for conversation, but he doesn't let that distract him from getting any work done. He loves being around others, especially humans. May be a bit quiet, but he always tells others what he wants. Usually its never any trouble anyway, just because he's so nice. But some dogs think that he thinks he's better than then just because he always holds his head high, but its not the case at all. But God-forbid he find out that everyone likes him, it might get to his head xD

Likes: Doing his work on his own, when things go as planned, being around his human, Truxtun.

Dislikes: Wolves and coyotes, and thats about it.

Story: When he was adopted, he kept on being traded to be a sled dog. He was never really good at working on such huge teams, and it was difficult when the other dogs thought he was challenging their dominance by holding his head high. He'd get bitten often, and then traded for not interacting good with other dogs. When he was sold to Truxtun, who was simply in need of a dog to herd stray sheep, he was about 7 years old at this point. He was taken to Truxtun's farm in the Southeast, where he met a young and spunky Border Collie mix named Sammy (Samson, BJ's character). He normally herded the sheep and kept them in line, but he wasn't perfect and a couple sheep strayed away and were plucked off by a wolf or coyote. Rondo was pretty talented at this herding thing, tho he'd mostly go off into the woods to bring back sheep. He enjoyed his job. Even tho sometimes the weather would get so hot, Truxtun would shave him down.

Other: He's been called ugly for the out-of-place markings on his face. Has a big-brother complex towards Sammy. Has a spot on one toe. Thinks of his family often, and most of the time they were the ones who kept him going.
