Have seen many commercials for this movie. Does look cool.

And why does that queen have a big head? O.o

Bet it either in the story, or it's just Tim Burton's look on it. He has a... different way of putting things, but it's still cool.

PS: The movie seems a little... creepy much? I mean, for Alice In Wonderland. Doesn't look like a child's movie at all. Seems lately that Johnny Depp has been playing scary-looking roles. (Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and now this.) He's too strange looking for children, in my opinion.

I dunno what to think of this. To be honest, I'm kind of disappointed. There have been rumors going around that this movie was supposed to be the much-anticipated version based off of American McGee's ALICE, and of course, when directed by Tim Burton, it would only make it that much more awesome. But seeing that Disney's the studio he's working with, I sincerely doubt it now. Curiouser and curiouser, live-action children's movies weren't exactly Burton's style since James and the Giant Peach.

To go back on this, there are rumors that a movie is being MADE not that this is the movie version of Alice. The movie itself was mentioned two yeas ago, but there was no mention of Tim Burton at all so to be honest I fail to see how this could be interpreted as American's Alice. Also, there is no WAY this will be directed at children, more the teen age. I mean, the Mad Hatter's look, the war, and the Jaberwock are all details that would NOT be in a kids movie.

Besides the point, this is TIM BURTON we're talking about. The amazing movie creator of The Nightmare Before Christmas, the Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice and Sweeney Todd. How, even though this is with Disney, could he possibly fail to impress us, especially with a movie like Alice in Wonderland?

However, the game American McGee's Alice looks amazing and I have yet to play it. I wanted to borrow my sisters version, but she lost it. As soon as the Alice hype for the movie dies down, I'm getting it.

I don't think this is directed at kids either. Disney doesn't just do kid movies, they also do adult movies or middle movies.

Yeah, like 'Pirates of the Caribean'.

Anyways, I've seen the new 'Alice in Wonderland' and I must say it is quite good. The tea-party scene with the March Hare, Mad Hatter and the Door Mouse was quite funny. And the scene where she has not long been in Wonderland and the Bandersnatch (or whatever it's called) chases her is full of suspense, for it sorta makes you think 'oh my god, is she going to make it or is she going to get captured?'. However I don't think it was Tim Burton's best movie and some of the scenes were slow-moving and you just feel like going to sleep until something exciting happens.

I went to the movies to watch it few days ago. I LOVED it! there were people behind me saying it was too weird I really wanted to turn around and shout at them "It's Alice in Wonderland and a Tim Burton movie! how could it not be weird?" There were also alot of kids in the cinema they really enjoyed it, they laughed and understood it. I don't bealive it's hard for kids to watch this since they themself have wild imagination. Altough it's a bit dark it's still funny.
And Johnny Deep as the mad Hatter is just way to awesome! he's a great actor that's able to represent any character he's supposed to act in a different way.
The girl that plays Alice is also great. I can't bealive they were thinking about hiring Lindsey Lohan for the part, that would have been horrible. The girl who played the part (I can't remember her name) is so pure in apperance. She looks like the real Alice.

I would suggest the film for people to see! :D

and tweedly dee and tweedly dum are AWESOME X3

Just got back from seeing it, great movie, though very weird, its supposed to be that way, I mean Wonderland is supposed to be crazy, off the wall, and weird. I loved Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter, he was perfect for the part. The Jabberwocky was truely frightening looking, which was perfect considering its role as the Red Queen's way of keeping Wonderland under control through fear, and the final battle was awsome, who knew Alice would look so good in knight's armor!

Now I must watch it, It seems to be having good comments on it, so it seems to be a must-see.

Maybe I can get to this movie soon.

The movie was a little strange, but I liked it! I also like the song with it by Avril Lavinge.

I saw this movie about a month or so ago and it was awesome! I just really loved it. I'm 10, and it didn't scare me. One thing that might scare little kids, though:
